We think of food as a multi-layered experience. We want this experience to be stimulating through its quality, taste, and balance. To us the product and it's needs mean the top quality ingredients, our crops, and farms, as well as understanding the place where we live.

Dyletanci is also the most special wine list in Poland.
Over 1,400 items, mostly from biodynamic wineries. The producers who stand behind these wines are people who respect the land and its products and in wine seek purity, energy, and emotions.
In addition to the cuisine and wine, we focus on decor elements consistent with our thinking about the place - Zalto light glasseware, hand-made ceramics, and works by Polish graphic designers.

Our commitment and attachment to details build the soul of the place where we want our guests to feel comfortable, to feel good.

After having dined at Nobu restaurant the night before (very, very disappointing) we were expecting a more moderate dining experience. Yet very exited to dine in a restaurant having 1500 different wines on their wine list, meaning these people are passionate! This was a fantastic meal and overall a great experience, we loved it. Surprising dishes, based on great quality products and obviously paired with special and unknown wines. Served by knowledgeable and indeed passionate people. And using fantastic wineglasses which even put the bar further up. This restaurant is a discovery and go-to everytime I will be in Warsaw. If this restaurant will soon not be rewarded with a Micheline star I don’t know which restaurant will be. Go for it guys, you have everyting that’s needed. I am a fan!!

We feel so lucky to have been following the journey of Dyletanci almost from its conception 8ish years ago. They have been my gentle introducers to fine dining without the stiff-lip, too-cool-for-normal-people attitude. I have wined and dined countless times there and I wish everyone visiting Warsaw would pop in to see how absolutely wonderful Polish restaurant experience can feel (although cuisine is rather European). Very friendly towards vegetarians too and never rolled their eyes when asked for veggie tasting menu. An elegant place but not too posh. I forgot I was wearing Crocs and they didn’t make me feel weird or selfc-conscious about it, which is a massive bonus. Love the staff, sommeliers and the chefs. Love the food, could marry the Champagne bottle from last night and STILL wish they sold me their bread as it’s to die for. Dinner for three with 1+ bottles of wine, starters, mains and a dessert to share with 20% tip was about £280. Compared to London, this is very cheap. Thank you a million, always a pleasure ❤️

Very good upscale bistro - the wine list here is huge and they also sell bottles in a shop near the entrance. We had a great time. The wagyu was amazing!

An exceptional meal with excellent food and wine pairing. The dishes included traditional Polish ingredients prepared in innovative ways. The wines were without exception excellent both in quality and appropriateness for the dish. The service was top notch. They all were friendly and knowledgeable. In all a terrific dining experience

Tasting menu for lunch would be good; set menu somewhat uninspiring. Great wine list, although white was slightly too warm and red too cold. Service was attentive but at times over the top (topping up water after every sip and feeling like you’re being watched constantly); just need to relax a little.

Great place with great service and pleasant ambience. Wine pairing was excellent. Tasting menu was good, though I would rate 4.5/7 plates being great whereas the remaining 2.5 were disappointing, so was amuse bouche. Given the price tag there are places with far greater value for money for fine dining, but I think one would not regret being there either (neither was I).

Excellent food, wine and service. We were really happy with the recommendations from their excellent Sommelier Mikał, who selected some really surprising wines to have with our different courses. These were wines I would have never picked myself and I was very pleasantly surprised at how well they went with our food. This is a MUST visit if you are in Warsaw!!

This is a sublime experience both for the food and the wine. You feel relaxed and well looked after. The restaurant should be more careful however to ply the most expensive wines and always tell the client what price the glass is when offering. For example When I asked for a Chanti, I was offered a Chanti like alternative but i had to ask what the price per glass was before finding out that it was PLN 220 per glass. Thats about stg 39.00 a glass! We had a lovely evening with amazing wine and food for pricing in the end we might expect given the quality.

I hope this place will get its Michelin star soon, food, wine, service, and the place itself are great. 3 dishes were outstanding for me. Meal serving is also great, but it will be interesting to see how to serve it in a more creative way.

Great selection. We enjoyed every single dish. There was none that would be less or more enjoyable than the others. And that’s quite unusual as in other tasting menus we usually had clear favourites. Overall it was a great experience and we’d come again!

The food was all over the place. Delicate Asian tuna to start paired with a Riesling which didn’t go well together. The wines were very good though - all the way through. Wagyu dish was good, but not overwhelming. The beetroot dish was overshadowed by the Roquefort which was way to powerful. All in all, the food was to expensive and didn’t deliver. Good wines but you’ll also pay the price for them. Very good service.
