Dyletanci focuses on the product. We want to interpret, not change.

We think of food as a multi-layered experience. We want this experience to be stimulating through its quality, taste, and balance. To us the product and it's needs mean the top quality ingredients, our crops, and farms, as well as understanding the place where we live.

Dyletanci is also the most special wine list in Poland.
Over 1,400 items, mostly from biodynamic wineries. The producers who stand behind these wines are people who respect the land and its products and in wine seek purity, energy, and emotions.
In addition to the cuisine and wine, we focus on decor elements consistent with our thinking about the place - Zalto light glasseware, hand-made ceramics, and works by Polish graphic designers.

Our commitment and attachment to details build the soul of the place where we want our guests to feel comfortable, to feel good.

Serata perfetta. Difficile mangiare in un ristorante che propone cucina creativa oggi, senza uscire con la sensazione di aver mangiato piatti pretenziosi senza una vera sostanza. Non è così per questo ristorante. Ogni cosa preparata con amore e sapienza. Ottimo champagne offerto dal sommelier senza affettazione ad un prezzo sorprendente. Risotto alle spugnole perfetto, luccio perca freschissimo cotto alla perfezione , dolci fantastici. Tutto in un’atmosfera rilassata e piacevolissima. Grazie!

We embarked on a culinary journey, selecting the chefs’ menu, which included the Wagyu course and a wine pairing. Each course presented itself as an exciting, innovative, and flavorful masterpiece, where textures and tastes intertwined in unexpected ways. The service was impeccable and attentive. Our sommelier led us on a delightful wine journey that not only complemented the courses but also curated an eclectic selection of wines that transported us beyond our usual palate. Beyond the delightful meal, this night was truly special for us because my wife, unfortunately, has a gluten intolerance. The restaurant was incredibly accommodating, and it seemed that many of the dishes were naturally gluten-free, with minor adjustments that were executed flawlessly and didn’t feel like an afterthought. Thank you for your understanding and consideration.

Great food, on the pricier side, although I think it’s mostly worth it. The choice of wine by the glass is a little limited. High-quality, welcoming, and kind service. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely incredible food and service. We did the tasting menu and would highly recommend it. The ambience is wonderful, the service was impeccable and the food was some of the best I have ever had! We have gone to similar Michelin restaurants in several countries, and this one is the best…better than NYC.
