   Great food and we had an excellent night, the young lady (16yr old trainee) will definitely make the grade, but all staff were awesome. Bring on the lambs fry 😂

   Once again we had a dining experience like no other. From the time we arrived, to the time we departed we felt valued & appreciated. Sam as always was attentive and made our experience relaxed, informative and thoroughly enjoyable. The food OMG never fails to impress us every time we go there. The steaks where cooked to perfection and just melted in your mouth, the seasonal veggies and the house made bread complimented the steaks to perfection. We have NEVER had a bad experience here, from start to finish and look forward to returning for many years to come. Dyers Steak Stable sits comfortably and yes above some of the best dining destinations in Australia. And accompanied with a beautiful full bodied Australian Shiraz we could not have asked for better than what we experienced. Well, done to Sam, his beautiful wife, the chef and team for continuing to deliver a high-quality dining experience.

   The steak 🥩 and food at Dyers Steak Table is always spot on. Beautifully cooked, delicious 🤤 from start to finish. Extremely friendly service and great wine 🍷 I can highly recommend Dyers for a great dining experience.

   I went here for date night the customer service was outstanding also the food was incredible overall a great evening experience my only gripe is that customers need to be informed that they have to pay for water when offered which was a surprise maybe offer tap water or be made aware that the water has a price overall a great night.

    Amazing food, beautiful personable service & a gorgeous historical building with great ambience. The eye fillet was melt in your mouth! Best steak I’ve ever had. Just a lovely evening with my partner.
