This place was fantastic. If you are in a rush this place is not for you and it would be unfair to leave a negative comment. They cook everything fresh so it takes awhile. But that gives you time to relax and enjoy the company you are with. Food portions vary. My husbands chicken dish was plenty, in fact he took some home. My brisket sandwich was to die for, but my sons could have easily eaten two, but it was plenty for me. The artichoke cake appetizers were wonderful. Service was great as well! Remember, don’t be in a rush. Sit back and enjoy some great food!

Food was great service awful. Took 30 minutes to get a drink an hour for the apps. Getting the bill was an unexpected adventure as their machine broke. Hoping the waitress was a fill in for someone who called out. She seemed overwhelmed.

The food and service at this restaurant is amazing and not to be missed. It's a wonderful place to just relax and enjoy a nice evening out. The presentation of the various dishes is absolutely professional; from the first bite to the last the culinary excellence is always present. Well worth going back, many times over!

We enjoyed everything about Dyberry Forks. We received fantastic service from our server, and she was a huge help in our decision-making about cocktails and food. Portion sizes were generous, and everything we ate was delicious. This is a great spot, and we highly recommend it!

Food is amazing..delicious, beautiful presentation and quality is SUPERB.HOWEVER, one person service staff is not effective as hard as she tried. Missing Ruby the expert mixacoligist and barmaid. Owner is pleasant but not very good at service. helpful with cleaning tables and bringing food from Kitchen...Hope this fantastic restaurant can survive this transition.

Great service and food. Spinach artichoke app was fantastic! I had the scallop special which was great and a very large portion. Everyone else was happy with their dinner selections. And let's talk about the special dessert....freakin amazing! It was some type of caramel custard thing and it was sooooo good. Overall and great place for my birthday dinner.

One of our favorites in Hawley/Honesdale area. Recently went for what was our third time in about three months. The cocktails are unique and always excellent. From menu or just get a classic. Either way they’re very good. The food has been consistently good, ranging from good to very good. I can’t give five stars because there’s really never been an experience that was 100% from start to finish. Either the food doesn’t come out at the same time or a dessert just wasn’t top notch. But honestly I’m not going there for a five star meal anyway! And the service can be slow as others mentioned but the staff there is just the sweetest and most helpful if any place in the area. Love this place.

The food at Dyberry Forks was exceptional! We were on vacation for a few days in Honesdale, doing some genealogy research, and decided to try this restaurant. We got there right at 5 PM when they opened. We started with the corn and scallion pancakes which were so good! They were a little bit charred which gave them a nice smokey flavor. For our main courses, I had the super tasty brisket sandwich, filled with all kinds of marinated veggies, in a soft bun. My husband had the fried lasagna and couldn’t stop talking about it. The only (slight) negative for me was my dessert - the madeleines with chocolate dipping sauce. The madeleines appeared to be store-bought, but they still tasted good when dipped in the melted chocolate. If Dyberry Forks was located where I live (in the San Francisco Bay Area), there would be a line out the door for this fabulous restaurant filled with fresh flavors!

An absolutely delightful experience! To begin, we were greeted in a most friendly and welcoming way. Upon being seated, we ordered drinks to start. My Manhattan was exactly the way I love them, and the small portion Ceasars Salad option presentation and taste was out of this world. I would come back again just to experience both. My wife opted to skip an appetizer and salad but enjoyed a glass of Cabernet Blanc and tasted my salad. The wine was a new one for her and she decided one glass was not going to be sufficient! Our entrees were beyond our expectations. My wife had the chicken curry, and I tried the special for the evening of Surf and Turf which consisted of twice smashed mashed potatoes, asparagus, four shrimp roasted on a skewer and a flank steak that was cooked to perfection. I asked for somewhere between rare and medium rare and that is exactly what arrived on my plate. The presentation and flavors were clearly an invitation to come back soon. We've lived in the area and for almost 20 years and somehow never found this special treat. We will be bringing friends with us next time and we are thrilled to have found a new "favorite"

We had a wonderful evening at Dyberry. Cocktails were amazing. Rhubarb martini and cilantro margarita were superb. Wonderful staff. Loved the Sunday Supper. Thank you Dyberry for making it a night to remember!

Food was high quality. My wife had a salad and ribs. Both were very tasty. I had the Spinach and artichoke dip that was also hot and tasty. I tried the beef brisket sandwich which was very mediocre as it was mainly bread. Felt like the brisket size that laid across the toasted bread slices was minuscule. The atmosphere was nice and are server was friendly. So I would try this place . Just avoid the brisket sandwich.
