Ilan Cohen is a self-taught chef who began his career in Jerusalem, Israel more than 20 years ago.
Along with his wife Lauren they opened Falafel Bistro & Wine Bar in 2007, DVASH’s sister location, and has been serving authentic-Israeli cuisine to the South Florida community for more than a decade.

DVASH, located in Boca Raton, showcases a modern twist on classic mediterranean cuisine. Imagined by Cohen’s daughter, Anabel Hochberg, the menu is designed for sharing and provides guests with the opportunity to travel the culinary world through their taste buds, using only the freshest seasonal ingredients and of course, a little bit of honey.

Just perfect !!! Loved every thing. The eggplant hummus was amazing and so was the quinoa dish , the burger was so flavorful and the home made potato chips were crisp and perfect amount of salt

Wonderful place. Very crowded. Service off to a slow start but improved as the meal progressed. Noisy and could only get a table outside. Prefer to eat in next time.
