I have never experienced such bad business behavior. My reservation was confirmed but when I arrived they were not even open. No apology from the supervisor. I was just given a "too bad"attitude. The birthday lunch planned was spoiled there but revived by a wonderful meal and exceptional service elsewhere. Dutch's will never get my money and a training session with employees is recommended or that business won't last long 😤

The food, service and drinks were great but I made a reservation a couple hours before we arrived and when we got there they had a private party booked and had no tables in the restaurant itself. We sat at a small table in the lobby and were treated great but taking reservations without space was suspect

The food was good and the service. They didn't have a host waiting at the front entrance, maybe because they had a wedding to prepare. It was clean so yes I will go back to eat there.

First time visiting this new lounge/restaurant. It is in the TRYP Wyndham hotel very near NJPAC and the Prudential Center. We chose to have dinner before a show at the Prudential. It has a great vibe for dinner or drinks if in the area. The food and the service was great.

Birthday celebration for my baby. Earlier in the day I checked the wine selection. Felix suggested De’Loach Merlot. When we returned Felix served us. That bottle of red did not disappoint! The food smelled superb and tasted divine!

Birthday dinner for someone special and everything was perfect. The ambiance, the atmosphere was euphoric. The Caribbean curry shrimp and skirt steak was cooked to perfection. Anytime I’m back in New Jersey I’m staying at TRYP to have the easy access to Dutch’s.

Grabbed appetizers before a show at NJPAC. Food and drinks were good, nothing outstanding. We ordered the ceviche, chicken tacos, sweet potato fries and calamari. It was empty when we arrived so we sat anywhere. Service was odd. Food came out quick (quicker than our drinks). Many people had the same idea to come here before the show but no one was ever at the host stand so people were standing around waiting — at one point around 10 people were waiting to be seated. Maybe add a sign to just head to the bar to be seated? The bartender when we arrived came off as rude and annoyed that we were there. All other staff members were very nice.

Wasn't expecting this gem of a place in Newark. We had a concert at prudential center and I googled restaurants in surrounding areas and picked this place. The ambiance was incredible. Really different and unique in a great way. Food was amazing.

Short notice. I was accommodated with no issues. Booking was so easy. The staff was friendly, polite and very good demeanor. The manager made sure everything was to our liking. Friendly yet professional atmosphere and good food too!

Very good hotel restaurant for dinner. Excellent food, cocktails and service! A bit pricey but good quality. Wish they offered more than a buffet breakfast for those that don't want a large breakfast, but the buffet was good and the service was great. If I lived in the area, I would return for dinner with friends for sure!
