   Our server was very attentive. As was the busboy- Jerry. We couldn’t turn around without having our water refilled or crumbs brushed off.

   Great experience. Delicious food and drink. Very friendly and attentive wait staff. Menu is seasonal, maybe monthly. We sampled a spinach dip in a bread bowl, endive salad, and fish and chips. All were great. We particularly liked the flavor of the fish a chips. If a drawback, it was a little bit loud and some folks standing inside waiting for a concert at Thalia hall. However, it was not too bothersome. The wait staff was really great. They were nice and very attentive. I would joke that I'd take a sip of water and it would be refilled.

   Hadn’t been to Dusek’s in years for dinner and it was lovely. Alex, our server was really great and fun and he did a phenomenal job always making sure we were taken care of. I had the chicken which was divine and unique.

    Never been to Dusek’s and wanted to celebrate Valentine’s Day with my wife. We didn’t want to do the whole “dress up suit and dress and heels” adventure so I found Michelin star Dusek’s as “New American.” I decided to give it a shot and they did not disappoint. The food was awesome, the service was top notch as well. They had a snaffu with a tapped keg and it took a little too long to their standards to get my drink out and comped it without even being prompted. I made sure the waitress saw that in her tip because you don’t get that kind of service any where else. Anybody reading this, come here for any reason, you won’t be disappointed

    Went before a show at Thalia. The place looks and is described as a “tavern” and the vibe is upscale bar for sure - unfortunate the service is inconsistent ranging from slow to “did they forget about us” - the menu is spartan - highlights include the eggplant ricotta appetizer, the sourdough, the trout, the burger, and the carrot cake. The other apps are…odd - which is probably the way to describe much of the dining experience: very small portions or a menu striving for higher end fine dining…it’s just a misfit for the place and what it is best at: being the pre-show for a concert venue which is best when it’s casual and comforting.

    This was one of the most unexpected, BEST dinners I've had in a long time! Truly! 10/10 recommend the sweet & sour eggplant appetizer. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT! My smoked trout caesar salad was also to die for. Also loved the "sour" cocktail so very much.

    Valentine’s Day was 360 for two. Service was friendly but highly inefficient and easily overwhelmed. Not sure who was managing the restaurant seemed like more hostesses than wait staff. Red flag: hostess told us to grab our own menus. Too bad been going to Dusek’s since it opened and last visit was precovid.

    Nice place with great service. The menu was a little limited. I wish they would have had more seafood options or just vegetarian options. Great local restaurant. Perfect for grabbing drinks.

    Went there for pre-concert eats & drinks since we had such great experiences before. Everything from the valet parking, food and drinks were spectacular! Our waitress was remarkable and would love to give a shout out to her, but can't recall her name!

    The food was ok, I’ve had better at Dusek’s. Also, I was not aware they charge a fee to process payment via credit card (that was unexpected and very disappointing).

    Was sat at 8:30 for a 8:15 reservation, in a busy seat at the bar. Restaurant and bar is very loud, and overwhelmed with concert goers to Thalia Hall but the food is great

    Three people, tasting menu plus a bunch of oysters and a few drinks. Everything was delicious, service was attentive, sometimes a little slow but it wasn't an issue. I highly recommend to anyone and look forward to coming back!

    I've had two dinners at Dusek's; one was great, one was a little less than meh. The food was fine. It was a pretty quiet night after the holidays, and the restaurant had only three other tables seated for most of our meal. The music was too loud for the empty room, and mostly didn't match the mood of the quiet night. Too headbangy sometimes, but whatevs. The food was fine, though not as good as I remember. The butter cake was sublime, though. But there was a gaffe. A big one. We were four for dinner and things were fine but for the bad music. After 3 starters, they came out with entrees...most entrees. Sadly, one was missing. (Thankfully, it was mine missing, which I prefer to having it happen to the birthday girl or other guests.) It took more a minute to come out. IT TOOK FIVE MINUTES TO COME OUT. For five minutes, they had to choose between letting their food get cold, or eating in front of me. Unforgivable . Stupid freshman gaffe. Nor did anyone offer special apology. At minimum, a manager should have shown up. And since I'm on it, don't ask me the occasion if you don't want to say Happy Birthday, or put a candle on her slice of cake. Clumsy. Unsophisticated. That's okay at a burger joint, but not for a $300 check. (Lucky for them, I didn't pay the bill.) It was me that chose the venue. I won't be back. Management should monitor the kitchen. Management should monitor the atmosphere. Manager should know when guest are dealt some pretty tacky service.

    Andy was amazing as were his colleagues. We came for the mussels which were not on the menu due to the holiday but they magically appeared at our table. Thank you Andy! Our water glasses were never empty, the old fashions were delish, burgers, vermicelli, and espresso martinis made for a perfect evening!

    Sadly this restaurant has always been a favorite until our last 2 experiences dining here. The last time we went for Sunday dinner they only had their late night menu. Last night we ordered dishes that we’ve eaten 20+ times….the portions were half of what they normally are and we were not told of this change. And the price for each entree was the same as it’s has always been but half of the size for the portion. Also we were sat at a 4 top table right next to the kitchen. For a $240 meal…2 entrees, 1 salad and 1 dessert…come on. Why would you even have a table near the kitchen? It took our server 15 minutes to take our drink order and bring water. Really disappointed in what is happening at Duseks, it’s been a favorite of ours for 5+ years

    My husband and I dined here and each ordered the prix fixe (75$ per person) plus drink pairings (additional 45$ per person). The courses consisted of one oyster, three small pieces of ahi tuna, a small pasta that wasn’t anything special, 3 small slices of ribeye steak topped with some fried onion, and dessert was some custard dish that neither of us cared for. The drinks were half glasses of wine. For the amount we paid and what we received, it felt like a total ripoff and we were still hungry. We’ve paid less than what we paid for one of these meals for both people and received more appetizing and satiating meals.
