I absolutely love this place.
Awesome food, great service. Only area of improvement is the noise level
Went with four friends for a ladies’ night, and we all enjoyed our meals thoroughly!
Frequent diner. Great little neighborhood spot. A little on the spendy side but usually well worth it.
Fantastic meal and the bartender is phenomenal!
The bar service was excellent, but the table service not so much. The endive salad only had a few bits of endive and mostly wilted romaine. The trout entree and the gnocchi were excellent, however.
Made reservations for two at 11:30AMon a non-holiday Sunday. When I called at 11:10AM to let them know we’d be ten minutes late, the person who answered the phone expressed frustration and annoyance and told me that our table was reserved at 12:30 so we’d “better eat fast.” We were less than 5 minutes late after all, and the in-person service was much better than the attitude-having phone -answerer. What was particularly annoying is that the restaurant is lovely and I couldn’t enjoy my meal because of the way I was treated over the phone. The food was superb, the ambiance at brunch is loud and cheerful and warm. Not a quiet spot but a fun bright spot for fresh local bison and eggs.
Every dish the three of us had was delicious. The appetizers were fabulous. The lobster fritters were the best. We will definitely return when in town.
Duo never disappoints! We has another wonderful meal during Denver Restaurant Week but also love to come here as a favorite for brunch or dinner anytime.
Duo never disappoints. Food is always excellent and service is attentive.
Loved the soup and everything on our Restaurant Week picks. One of my favorite restaurants.
Came to celebrate a friend’s going away dinner and was not disappointed. The vegetarians and meat eaters were all pleased with the restarting week menu. The mushroom toast was on point and the loaded baked sweet potato was hands down the best sweet potato I’ve ever had!
Took business partners from NYC there for dinner. We were limited by the Restaurant Week selections but they were all good. Pork chops were pretty dry but the presentation was lovely. Our server was terrific . Will certainly come again when we have a few more choices on the menu. This is a lovely neighborhood spot and we are grateful to have it in the neighborhood.
Restaurant week special was excellent and met our expectations. The portions were larger than previously experienced at this annual event. Service was warm and capable. Thanks to Duo for a lovely evening.
We had a fun evening here. We have been there several times previously. But, this time we were particularly interested in their Restaurant Week menu. The menu lived up to our expectations. Homes are in Chicago or the Colorado mountains and this is always a perfect, an easy to get to stop when passing through Denver on our "commutes".
GREAT FOOD AND SERVICE. UNFORTUNATELY THE LACK OF PARKING AND NO VALET SERVICE IS A REAL NEGATIVE IN THIS NEIGHBOURHOOD.
Really loved our Denver Restaurant Week dinner here! I was delighted by the additional specials. Will be back soon!
We always enjoy DUO, its one of our family favorites
Just okay - food was okay
We love Duo. It’s the best of everything we look for in a restaurant.
The food was very, very good. The wine selections were very broad from both the West Coast, Italy and France. Service was a little slow at first, because they had been overwhelmed by the number of non reservations coming in and crowding the bar, but things improved and ended well.
Our first time dining at Duo. Will not be our last. Service was excellent. Food was delicious. We selected it because they had a vegan option that was not a veggie burger. So both my vegan partner and I could have a fine dining experience. I so appreciate a chef who takes all diets into consideration when creating a menu. Thanks for a special night.
Whenever we ski in Colorado, we make our way to Duo for brunch on our return to the Denver Airport. We love the neighborhood and the restaurant. Terrific, friendly service from the moment we walked in the door., and our server, Jessica, took great care of us. We had everything from the Pork Benedict to The Crock (bison) to the chicken sandwich. Everyone loved their meals. (Great gluten-free options, as well). My husband loved his spicy Bloody Mary. We always enjoy reading the placemats. Cute idea. We highly recommend Duo!
Great food, wonderful waiter- Dillan!
Tried Duo for a Friday night date- super cozy and incredible food! Also loved our cocktails! Service was great, too. Highly recommend!
Doy has been my fathers favorite since it opened. He was in town for my birthday. It was the natural choice. Everything was wonderful as usual.
Semi fixed menu on Valentines Day. Oysters were not very good. Lamb pasta was very tasty and the sea bass was good. Dessert we had the chocolate fondue which was ok as well. Overall somewhat disappointing for Valentine's Day.
The food and service were outstanding! It's very noisy, however, so a little difficult to have a conversation.
We love this place!! Great spot for a date night with the hubs:)
Charming atmosphere, delicious food. Service was slightly slow due to the volume of business they were doing.
Jess was amazing! She is a fantastic attribute to Duo! Her knowledge and style of Duo ever changing delicious menu makes for a fabulous experience!
Our evening here was WONDERFUL! Thank you so much!
It was a birthday celebration for my son. It was wonderful! Fabulous service & the food was outstanding. We had not been to Duo for a few years and vowed to go back again soon after our wonderful experience.
Very good brunch - ordered the Crispy Polenta Cake and Sweet Sunday. My husband and I both loved the mustard sauce on his entree, and the harissa sauce with the polenta was wonderful. Service was very good; wait staff was present and easily accessible, but we did not feel rushed to finish our meal. Would love to visit again to try the dinner menu.
Absolutely delicious! OMG the duck liver. Eat that. Sunday brunch bison, egg, potato thing is probably one of the best things I have ever eaten. Cant go wrong here.
Good food. Table was not ready at reserved time but they worked hard to get it ready and were very attentive. Slightly loud. Nice selection on menu.
The ambiance was cozy and the food was good. Our server was fair but not great. For the quality of the food, the price was reasonable.
Really enjoyed their new menu for the season. Duane pointed us to a lovely Temparnillo on the wine list; loved the seafood chowder, short ribs and cornmeal crusted trout. Was perfect for our dinner out before the theater in downtown Denver
I've come to DUO for my birthday 2 years in a row and have never been disappointed! Great wine, service, ambiance, and food!
Amazing, as always!! 5th time here and each visit is better than the last! Keep up the amazing work!!
