THE FOOD: Dunns River Lounge offers authentic Jamaican cuisine for over 17 years in a casually elegant & intimate setting on Long Island. Our menu, prepared by Chef Bobby and his crew, features traditional dishes like Jerk Chicken, Braised Oxtails, Curried Goat and Jerk Salmon as well as creative daily specials like Jerk BBQ Ribs, Jerk Lobster Pasta & Codfish Fritters with Guacamole.

THE COCKTAILS: We are foodies, but we're equally known for our tropical hand-crafted cocktails made with premium liquor and fresh ingredients.

                                                                                                                          One of my favorite jewels on the South Shore of Long Island. This hidden Jamaican Resturant on Park Ave, in Rockville Centre, serves some of the best food I’ve had. Authentic recipes, top quality ingredients, and Chef Bobby prepares with care and love. A must stop for all ‘foodies’ on Long Island. A short few blocks from the rail road. Get there and enjoy.

                                                                                                                          I recently had the pleasure of dining at Dunns River Lounge again, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience. The food was great, with flavors that truly stood out. If you visit, you have to try the sorrel—it's a delightful treat! The service was excellent as well. Our waitress was phenomenal, consistently providing attentive and friendly service throughout our meal. She has always ensured that we have a wonderful dining experience. One of the highlights for me is the macaroni and cheese—it's simply delicious and a must-try if you're there. For an appetizer, I ordered the escovich wings, which are my absolute favorite. Each dish I've had at Dunns River Lounge has been consistently good, making it hard to resist returning. Overall, I highly recommend Dunns River Lounge for anyone looking for great food and excellent service. You won't be disappointed!
