The food, price and service does line up with the level of quality this place is being presented as. The waiters were not as on point, leaving behind sides that were supposed to be part of the main dish. Orders were not taken in timely manner and waiter asked us questions from BEHIND my husband. The waiter did not want to leave the kitchen door area located behind our booth- very odd with amount of money being spent. Steak was just OK. Chicken was absolutely delish! Second old fashion was red and didn’t taste good. When asked for another at the bar they said they didn’t have his bourbon but when we questioned that they used then during our dinner they looked like a deer in head lights and disappeared… so what did we actually drink and get charged for?? They went into the back and never came back so we left. Beautiful place otherwise! Glad we tried it once.

What a wonderful experience! The place is absolutely beautiful – clean, well-kept, and full of charm. We ordered two pizzas and they were phenomenal – truly some of the best we’ve had. A special mention to our waiter (I believe his name was Jamal): incredibly kind, friendly, and made our evening even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

It was a great get away. There was lots of food options to choose from. I would love to visit this restaurant again!

We booked outdoor seating and they pressured us to sit indoors (they said outdoor was unavailable, which is confusing). Then, they forgot about us and didn't serve mains for over an hour despite the restaurant being nearly empty. Food was not what I expected from a JG restaurant. They also auto-included 15% gratuity and then asked for additional on top of that, which was confusing and felt disappointing. I didn't want to penalize my waiter who was wonderful and trying his best. I would not recommend this restaurant at all. Not all remotely close to the quality I expect from JG or The Four Seasons. Disappointed.

beautiful bar for pre-dinner drinks & excellent service start to finish. Staff happy to help make your celebration special. appreciated the birthday gesture (cake / singing staff). Reasons to keep coming back.

The food was excellent. The service was not. The first woman who waited on us seemed like she could not be bothered. A second person came by and said he was also supporting our table and then neither one of them came back to take our order. When we flagged down the woman, she didn’t say a word to us. She went and got the man who came to the table and then took our orders. For the money, service needs to be top notch. In oother words, communicate. “I’m sorry, let me get my associate.” Common sense and Customer Service 101. It was also my friend’s birthday and they did bring a piece of cake and lit a candle. Kept saying happy birthday to me. Didn’t ask if we wanted any other desserts, coffee, or more drinks of water. That is definitely not the sign of top notch service which the price and the brand reflects.

Cold food and far away about our expectation… I have asked eggs Benedict’s but what was come isn’t it and worse cold… my wife option were Healthy start and again, cold and without flavors
