Dear OpenTable Team, I’d like to share feedback regarding my recent experience at Dune, which unfortunately fell short of expectations. Despite having made a reservation over two months in advance, we were not seated until 8:45 PM. After being seated, we waited an extended period without even being greeted by a server or offered a cocktail. There was no check-in or acknowledgment from the staff during that time, which left us feeling ignored and disappointed—especially considering Dune’s reputation and price point. We were looking forward to a memorable evening, but the lack of service significantly impacted our experience. I hope this feedback is helpful in driving improvements and ensuring future guests are better taken care of. Thank you for your time,

My husband and I started with a cocktail each and a plate of fried calamari appetizer. The fried calamari were the best fried calamari we had in the Bahamas (we are residents). I ordered a shrimp burger and my husband ordered a grouper burger. We were so disappointed that the fries which came with our burgers were frozen fries you will find in any supermarket instead of homemade wedges or fries. The taste of the food were poorly balanced. It’s disappointing that a four seasons restaurant produced such mediocre tasting food. The service was nothing impressive. The younger servers were more keen to work hard but the older server for our table acted like he was there because he needed a job. He did what any regular server in any restaurant would, nothing outstanding. When we were done paying, he asked if would like to add some tips. We declined and he totally stopped coming to serve us.

Overall great experience !!! I brought two friends which it was their first time there and they enjoyed. One suggestion is to have some variety of flavors, not only orange juice , for the mimosas as persons like myself who suffer from acid reflux can’t take much orange juice. We had a good time .

Mid. I expected more since so many people said this was the best restaurant in paradise island, but the food was overpriced and lackluster. You’re better off going to Fish by Jose Andre’s or Nobu.

I dropped the service score by one ONLY because I felt slightly mislead by my server. I was excited to order the red snapper, but before I did, I asked what it was served with. My server answered "vegetables and a broth" ... sounds lovely, let's go for it. The so-called "vegetables" were really 3 pearl onions, 1 cherry tomato sliced in half then about 25 mushrooms. I felt the dominance of mushrooms was worth mentioning in the description. I would have ordered something else had I known. Everything else was exceptional!

We ordered dinner and apps at 830p, apps came 15 mins later. We never saw out server and at 930 dinner was still not there. Spoke with manager at 935 and he had no answers and said I got you. 945 we saw server and asked where our food was and he had no answer. Saw the manager and he still had not started our dinner. We love this place but warn anyone that it’s not worth it. They don’t care about customers and don’t have answers when you ask where is your dinner. I’ve been here 20 plus times and will not come back for dinner. We had a full evening planned and are now searching for food at the Atlantis at 10pm
