   Fire alarms happened repeatedly during our dining. Asked the manager and staff what could be done and were told we could leave the restaurant and they would hold our food. After two alarms nothing was offered as an apology from the restaurant, not even a round of tea. My large party was seated by the kitchen door also, a not desirable table. Our server left three items off of our order and we repeatedly had to ask about additional food we ordered and were never asked if we needed more drinks/water/sauces throughout the meal. Most of the dumplings were delicious but the kitchen paced nothing and tue food came out in spits and starts and never as a cohesive meal. After this less than stellar experience our server came out and brought the bill and reminded us that the bill did not include tip at all when we had not see that server since I put in our dinner order. Odd experience.

   Sat for quite awhile before having to ask someone to take our order. There is absolutely no ambience and things feel very rushed. Food was good but nothing really stood out.

   Service was not good. Seated right away and then it was 20 or more minutes before anyone stopped at our table even though several servers walked by. Then we waited for our drinks that never showed up but were still on our bill so we had to wait for a manager to fix our check so we could leave. As for the food the only dish we liked out of the 6 we tried was the Crispy Green Beans the rest were underwhelming. I don't think we will be going back anytime soon

   Food was delicious, our servers/waiters didn’t really check up on us which is nice if you don’t particularly want them to check up on you. The only thing that we didn’t really like was the seating. There’s like seating for two people on like the side, and theres a wall with windows(?) that separate another row of the same two-people seating on the other side. It just felt weird being able to see other people right next to us, especially since my mother felt like the other guests were looking at us while we were paying. Overall, beautiful experience! The bbq pork buns were very delicious. I don’t particularly recommend the garlicky green beans as they were on the dry side. Chicken gyoza was delicious as well.

    Dumplings was fantastic. We got 6 dishes and they all were soooo good. The service and friendliness of the staff was great. Highly recommend! We will be back

    When we got there we had to wait for about 15 mins. I saw a table near the front that can seat 4 people empty only a cake was sitting on top of it. I asked the manager if we can sit there and she said no. The workers all said they can pull a small table to put the cake there so we can sit. She finally said yes. Luckily the workers there had common sense. The food overall was surprisingly good. I like the gyozas. And the trio dessert buns.

    Worst dining experience in a long time. The interior restaurant temperature was comparable to outdoors except no heaters. Out of the 6 items we ordered, only two were acceptable, seaweed salad and the seafood pot stickers. Even the pot stickers arrived together in one piece which I've never seen before. The jellyfish salad was inedible and the XLB was terrible - impossible to eat without liquid escaping, filling was mediocre in taste. They even managed to screw up edamame. The table next to us was served pork by accident even though they're vegetarian. Avoid this place at all costs is my recommendation. There are many far better options nearby. If you do dine here, ask for paper menu to save the migration of their online menu, another minus.
