   Me and my friend had the loveliest experience at Dulse. We’ve been wanting to try out our new local for a while now and it’s fair to say it did not disappoint at all. The staff was extremely lovely and helpful and the food was delicious. We both had a starter and main and enjoyed them thoroughly with our vinho verde ☺️

   We celebrated our wedding anniversary, selected tasting menu with paired wines Food delicious, wines complemented food. Staff well informed, attentive, professional yet friendly. Made you feel like a valued customer, at no time felt rushed, service relaxed and well paced. Nice Room, good ambiance . Would highly recommend. Dulse at Leith now preference to West End

   A delicious experience with the tasting menu. Portion sizes just right to get us through all the courses. Extremely friendly service. Lovely relaxed atmosphere.

   We came back - and will come again Conveniently situated a few yards from The Shore tram stop, with its bustling on-street catering, Dulse is a haven of calm professionalism. The interior has a feeling of being well-designed from experience. There is no stress. The background music, at the right volume, entertains while muffling other diners' conversation. The tasting menu builds sensibly and delightfully. Considerable care has gone into the wine pairing. Think about going on a 'school night'.

   Perfect meal with fantastic wines to accompany. Nice and cozy atmosphere with really helpful, informative, and friendly service. Would go back in a heartbeat!
