25 minutes to get our first drink from the bar. 15 minutes to get our water. Apparently there was only 1 bar tender be we won’t be back.

Love the outdoor patio! We had a great summer evening meal. Coconut Shrimp came out too fried, so they quickly reordered and made the situation just fine, including a birthday ice cream sundae!

Had a wonderful experience outside on the patio and when the rain came, they cover that they have outside was fabulous so we never got wet and it was so comfortable in the service was fabulous and continued to ask us how our meal was and Service with the drinks was great as well

Food, service, and atmosphere was great! seating received was different than request but worked out great. I do not believe establishments should charge a 3% surcharge for using a credit card. This is the establishment's cost of doing business and has only replaced their past add-on of a % of the bill for "employee wellness". I realize that many places are pulling this right now to beef their profits but there has always been a charge to establishments to process credit cards-they are now taking it out of customers pocket which most of us do not find equitable.

Waiter wasn't very attentive.. took forever to come back and fill my water. Lunch was overpriced. Brisket bowl barely had any meat.

Waitron shortage and weather forcing the patio to relocate inside made for a less than optimal visit.

Arriving for our reservation, the line to speak to the hostess was long. There was no way getting to the front of the line to get checked in for our reservation should have been so slow and such a hassle. Our service was slow and we had to ask for drink refills a few times. The food was good and we dined outdoors, which was nice.

Excellent meal at Dukes. We all had the Mediterranean bowl and each of us enjoyed. The restaurant was very busy and very noisy. Hard to hear each other. Service was good not great.
