We found this spot to watch the University of Alabama game. It was a great place to watch multiple games. The fried pickles are amazing! And Miranda is the best server in town.
Service was very good, they are very good we th food allergy questions. The food was quite good, especially for the price, and they have a good selection (not a great one) of beers on tap. For example, there was only one IPA. Noise level was high, which I would expect from a place with sports on many TVs.
We were very pleased.
Excellent food! The service was a little slow but it was crowded.
Pleasant atmosphere, very energetic. Chicken and waffles were one of the best I’ve had so far.
New York City in August. Ask to be seated inside where ever the air conditioning was strongest given the fact it was over 90°. These geniuses had the doors open and letting the heat in and the air conditioning out anyone who wishes to be seated indoors during a heatwave clearly does not want to sit in the heat shut the 🤬 doors and turn the fans on that you seem to have but not use.
Service was really terrible. Waitress gave us our check without asking if we were ready for the check. She did this twice! I had to get up and get my own silverware. One item I ordered was cold and just not edible.
Great food, spotty service. Casual dining and a fun setting but the service needs to get more reliable, especially at lunch. Nachos, mozzarella sticks and chicken sliders are a top pick. Prices are reasonable and there is a nice sidewalk seating area when the weather accommodates!
“Bottomless” brunch was a horrible value - service was slow and we only got 3 rounds of mimosas (that were 90% orange juice..) in 2 hours. It was impossible to get our server’s attention. For a table of 12 where everyone paid an additional $20 for unlimited drinks, you would think they would have been more attentive. Worst brunch I’ve been to in NYC.
I love Duke’s! I don’t come in often, I mostly have it delivered. I brought some coworkers in and they loved it. We had lots of fun. Waitress was pleasant and efficient. The place was packed, but we were comfortable. Good times! Thank you!
We had a good meal, with friendly service. The waitress took great care of our kids, despite Duke's not really being a kids place. Thank you!
Waitress was not friendly. We paid for a 90 min brunch which included bottomless drinks. Waitress took forever with drinks and it was not busy.
Great looking venue, lots of memorabilia on walls and ceiling. Quite a quiet evening, not many people in. Initially service was really slow, waited around 20 mins for first drinks, surprising considering number of diners. However, nice waitress, spoke to us. Overall, was ok but not our best experience to be honest
Long Live Duke's! I took my Mom for the Mother of all Mother's Day Brunches, and Duke didn't disappoint! It's a royal treat, no doubt about it, Duke!
I much preferred their now closed location in Gramercy. Food wasn’t as good and the music was way too loud.
Its one of our go to place. We go often. Easy to meet at
Great place and food. Service was a little disorganized but otherwise a top choice.
Food was just so so. Not as good as last year's super bowl.
We are the regular there, but this time a group of us went there for our coworker’s birthday. We all loved the variety of wings, salads, and fries. Our all time favorite is honey BBQ wings 😋👍🏻
My friend and I came to Duke's for dinner on Christmas and could not have been more pleased. The waitress was a gem-so friendly and warm and welcoming. The food was terrific. We started with the fried pickles which were out of this world-lightly breaded and still very crunchy. We both had the chicken and waffles which was unbelievable. The chicken was pounded thin and lightly breaded, I had the corn on the cob as a side which was so fresh and tasty. My friend had the onion rings which were excellent.
Went here for my birthday lunch with 4 people. Everyone was happy with their meals. Relatively quiet since we ate late. Old standby.
Great happy hour deals!
Good food and rinks. Waitress really didn't care though about service.
Horrible Service,Horrible Waitress, Ended Up Canceling My Order Because Of The Chaos There.
The atmosphere was cool the food was amazing what more could I ask for. Thanks Dukes
Duke's is one of my favorite restaurants in the city! Good food, good drinks, cool atmosphere. Great for a nice, casual meal. I highly recommend the Duke's Dip!
Duke's on a Wednesday night in summer is very crowded and loud. I chose an outside table and was glad I did after walking inside. The food was good but took longer than expected and my order arrived with an incorrect side item.
Way too noisy. Felt like a frat party.
Duke's has really good food and in large sizes. The drinks here are really good as well, with half-off daily specials. The waiters were super friendly but I know that when it gets busy, you might be waiting just a tad bit. The half chicken bbq is great, the chicken and waffles are great, as well as their desserts so I think think you'll be disappointed with anything else on the menu.
We were the only table when we arrived and we could barely get the waitress to come over to the table. We booked for brunch because it was a place that took reservations but it was 100000% not worth it. Food was bad. Service worse. So unappealing that we didn't get any drinks and barely touched our food.
We had a party of 8, was not very crowded, service was good, a little slower than I expected for a Saturday night
Consistently good. It's always relaxed and a good dining experience 👍🏼👍🏼
The mac and cheese with pulled bbq chicken is amazing!
Great food. Always surprised how good their BBQ dishes are. I don't expect great BBQ in the middle of NYC.
Had a great pre birthday celebration at dukes always loved this place, drinks are affordable and so is the food
Brunch drinks were weak, but the food was good. I wouldn't return for brunch as the experience was average at best.
Awesome service and very good food. Very fun and inviting atmosphere. Good place to meet with friends for drinks and food
It was ok. Got a table kind of far from the action cause were only 4 of us. I guess to cram everyone in they need to do that . Prices are good for the area. Not fancy or anything but the type of food u expect. Beer towers every time seem weird tasting compare to the real thing in a bottle. For 48 a tower you should get tasty beer.
Food is OK, but waited about a half-hour for the check and we'd still be there if my husband didn't tell you he hostess we wanted to leave.
This is one of our favourite places to eat in New York . Lively atmosphere, good food, friendly service. In addition the only place we went in 6 days where a tip had not already been included in the check.
