Little pricey but food was good
The food was amazing but very expensive and the sides are all extra...$10.00 for green beans!!!
I spent $41.00 on a steak the least they could do is give me a potatoe!!
In a mid level restaurant dining experience this would have been fine. Unfortunately it’s supposed to be better then that and it’s priced as such. Our appetizer of crispy lobster was fantastic, 10/10 would order that again. The butter they served with the bread was also very good. Their risotto was a corn risotto, I liked it very much and took the leftovers home. We both got filet mignon for our entree’s. Both were over cooked. The steaks were both ordered to be medium rare, mine came out medium and my boyfriends was medium well. While some may not think it’s that big of a deal, for steaks that are $41 and $51 they should come out properly cooked. They did offer to recook my boyfriends which we appreciated but at that point we didn’t want to have to wait for another steak. We also ordered green beans as a side and they were burned, they did take them off of our check. The waitress was pleasant and management did come over to ask how everything was. We agreed that we would go back and sit at the bar to have some apps while visiting the casino but probably wouldn’t go back for a full meal.
Wonderful experience. Joseph did an excellent job. Food and wine also excellent.
First drink had 2 flys in it , Manager was nice and gave us a drink on the house. Drinks were weak. Server seemed like she didn’t want to be there, another server a nice gentleman helped us. The fried chicken was GREAT no complaints about the food. Wish the server could’ve made our experience better and never knew Pepsi came in a Long Island ice tea
Dukes has a really great Chef and food team. The food was professional and delicious.
Joe, our server was extraordinary and provided a level of service you don’t see very often. Ask for Joe!
Food was amazing. We ordered the king crab legs, filet with lobster tail with 3 sides. All amazing.
This was our second Valentine's here, and each time we truly enjoyed ourselves. The Valentine's special was pricey, but absolutely delish. Ambience is very nice and service was excellent. We will return.
Night before Valentines Day, it was busy but not overly busy seeing how they have dining restrictions due to covid. Sat for over an hour waiting for our food which was served Luke warm at best. Wanted to send it back but who would of wanted to wait another hour. Ordered dessert and waiter said ok and only came back with the bill. No dessert. Terrible waste of money! We have been there before on several occasions and never experienced this.
I recommend special occasions and holiday dining at a different establishment- Overall consistent quality however experience during Valentine’s Day dinner was underwhelming.
Although it is understandable to expect delays on a busy evening the overall experience was very poor. After ordering, we received our drinks and salads 45 minutes later and our steaks (which we received almost 2 hours after ordering) were very over cooked. Nobody came to our table while we were waiting or to see if they were cooked properly.
Despite being regulars, it didn’t seem anybody was interested on if we were having a good experience. For a price of over $200/ meal, I will no longer be dining at Dukes and I suggest you do the same.
Everything was great. I really appreciate the staff.
Great as always with dealing in COVID times
Food was delicious, service was great. Terry was our server and he was excellent! Free cake on your birthday too.
Everything was cooked to perfection. Loved the asparagus and mashed potatoes. My glass of wine was Huge! Loved it. It takes a lot to impress my husband and he was very impressed!
We’ll see you soon!
I always enjoy the robust Shrimp cocktail and tonight i tried the Chicken Piccata which was excellent
Wonderful as always!
The food was great. The casino ambiance, not so much. The restaurant is in line (price wise) with other higher end restaurants, so I was surprised to see how casual the restaurant attendee atmosphere was. Casual would be the nicest way to put it. It's also very small. If you are looking to spend money on a nice dinner and outing, I would suggest going elsewhere.
Everything was nice and ok...food was good but nothing amazing. Service was great and everyone was friendly. We were there for my boyfriend's birthday and they gave him a complimentary slice of cake.
Our waitress Nadia was amazing
My wife and I get the wonderful filet with lobster Mac & cheese!
We went during restaurant week so it was busy! The salad was just okay, maybe because it was prepped early? Dessert was just okay. Service was a little slow. Meal was excellent!!
Very nice place, great food and the service was excellent!!
Very limited menu for restaurant week, no fish entree. Chopped salad was rusty and soggy, steak and chicken entree were swimming in a thick commercially tasting sauce. Drinks were great. Very loud could hardly hear.
Went on a Restaurant Week weeknight so there was a "special menu" available with a complete 3-4 course meal with fixed price. Service was very good but the food on thjis particular evening was just slightly above average.
Excellent restaurant week meal. Everuthing was delicious with great service.
Went there to try the steak as they are known as a steak house. It was filled with grizzle. Sides were okay but nothing memorAble. Did enjoy the various bread and dessert.
Restaurant week is great, we live going and is fun
Great, good service
Listening to the piano music was great a nice extra
Had to send filet back twice. Ordered medium rare, came out purple the first two times. They offered a free dessert, we declined and they gave us $20 towards our bill. Otherwise, food was good.
Fantastic prime rib, service, and price! In and out in 45 minutes!
Three of us ordered the Salmon and crab cake special. It was out of this world delicious!
Very disappointed. After being seated in a room that seemed like an afterthought with a large screen TV, not the ambiance fir a high priced restaurant. Drinks were very well made but were very slow in coming. A $15.00 wedge salad was 2 big pieces of iceberg lettuce just thrown on a plate covered with dressing, not one bit of finesse in plating. The first NY Strip ordered medium-rare cane out almost well done, the replacement was very rare. If you are a chophouse you need to get the steak done right. All in all, not a place I would go back to.
My wife and I have enjoyed going to Duke's in the past and thought it would be nice to experience their Valentine special but was a bit disappointed in their preparation. Both the filet and Salmon were dry as though they were rushed and hadn't the time to properly attend to their preparation. We would still go back giving them this one as a woops.
Meal was fantastic service was excellent we had a great experience.
First of all, the service was horrific. Our server seemed like she did not want to be there at all. It may have been just a bad day for her, but looking around we observed that all of the servers looked less than thrilled to be there, so it must be a management issue. Ambiance was ok. Many restaurants in the area have a nicer setting, especially for the price. The food was so-so. The steak was mediocre. My dining partner had the 8 oz. filet and it was tough. I had the chilean sea bass special and it was delicious. The salad we split to start was underwhelming. Our drinks were horrible. We ordered a dirty martini (Ketel One) and a Cosmo (Ketel One). There was no way they used Ketel One. The Dirty showed up as a gin and tonic and then they argued that they presented their dirty's in a gin and tonic glass with a lime. The problem is it wasn't even vodka??? We will not return. The piano entertainment was good.
As my wife said, the food was good, but not worth the high price.
We regularly buy our meats from Gabriels's Market, as they say good quality meats.
We've had as good if not better meals at places like Turf Tavern, for half the price.
What gives charging $14 for a dinner side of asparagus?
I made a reservation through OpenTable and indicated it was for a Birthday. The wait staff was exceptional. My wife was wished "Happy Birthday" by 5 different staff members as we were leaving. The food was excellent and I loved the decor. Highly recommend.
Our server Nadia was fantastic. Attentive and professional. Combine that with wonderful food and the experience was tremendous.
Fantastic anniversary dinner!
