Located in the Arundel Mills Mall, DuClaw celebrates the Chesapeake Bay area's craft breweries and the food is respected as much as the beer. Over 25 beers selected from around the region and includes favorites from DuClaw Brewing Co. Burgers are hand-pattied and the fries are hand-cut, fried and lightly sea-salted. In addition, the menu includes a great selection of salads, entrees, soups and of course a large selection of appetizers.

Our food was absolutely delicious, we had a hamburger with sweet potato fries and chicken wings. Really good.
We had a large party, but our servers Michael and Allea were awesome! Overall the food was pretty good. Everyone enjoyed themselves. I would definitely go again. Make reservations in advance was a beneficial!
Very noisy due to it being exposed to the interior of the mall. They were out of a lot of the beers. The bathrooms were dismal, dirty, and just plain rundown. There was a facial hair in one of our entrees. Things took a long time to get.
Overall it’s ok ; we were seated near mall side . It was too noisy . Seats were not comfortable . I have been to this restaurant multiple times . Food taste has decreased and ambience has decreased
As always, great food, service, and beer! My wife love coming here for lunch and/or dinner when we're in the area.
We enjoyed a quite dinner at DuClaw on a Friday night. The food and service were good. The restaurant was really empty for a Friday night.
This was the best visit ever! Zac was great! Duclaws has added a lot of new dishes. This was the perfect date night for me and hubby.
This was the most tragic restaurant I have been to eat. Totally misrepresents on the picture and descriptions on Open Table. Screaming loud punk rock music, blinding bright lights and some of the worst food I have ever eaten. Service was barely fair. Stay away from this place. Not to mention they did not mark me as attending the restaurant and my having to outreach to Open Table to correct this to avoid marks against my account.
Just a bar with food
This is one of my favorite places to eat in Arundel mills for beer flights. Such a variety of beer and l love the Arizona Burger.
Enjoyed the bar
Consistently pretty good food. Casual atmosphere. Our server started off being really friendly and attentive. Towards the end of our dinner, he disappeared. Took forever to clear our plates, give us our check, and pick the check up to process.
The host was wonderful. We were shown to our seat quickly. I believe we wanted more than 15 minutes for someone to take our drink order. We were so worried that the waitress would not return in a timely matter that we ordered two appetisers and our entries at the same time. The beer was not half bad. I will return to try the beer once more. We bought the two crab cake meal for 29.99 along with a burger meal. The crab meat could have been better. The burger and duck fat fries were good.
would give them ZERO stars if I could. sat for 15 minutes after having a reservation and being seated. watched the waitress walk back and forth countless times and we were never once greeted by a waitress. bartenders stood around doing nothing as this poor girl busted her a** without help. not the waitress' fault but perhaps they should offer customer service courses for their staff. didn't get to try a beer nor the food. save yourself the trouble and just eat in the food court or at the cheesecake factory. better service at either BY FAR.
Good variety of options. Most people would be able to find something. I chose to go with the Chorizo fries because I wanted a snack. The pepper jack cream sauce was good, the fries had a great consistency, but the chorizo wasn't really flavorful and had no heat. There are a variety of menu items I am looking forward to trying. For instance, the Juicy Lucy burger is calling me back.
it was a good time with drinks and food. Couldnt ask for a better chill evening.
I was disappointed that this restaurant is no longer afflicated with the main Du Claws. They dropped their beer flights, so my husband was disappointed. The food was more bar food than an upscale restaurant that it used to be.
I was surprised that the restaurant wasn’t busier on a Friday evening. There were plenty of open tables, so we were seated right away. I have to say that it’s been years since I’ve been to DuClaw, and I honestly preferred it’s former self. 1) The waiter did not know what the vegetable of the day was and had to go ask. 2) The Long Island Iced Teas were questionable. 3) The menu has been scaled down significantly and my favorite item is no longer on it. But, I found something that sounded good and no one in our group couldn’t find at least 1 thing to order. 4) However, the flavor just wasn’t there. We commented on it to each other as we left. Based on this, it’s unlikely that I’ll return.
Staff was friendly & knowledgeable about their products. Made good suggestions.
Service was poor, 20 min before asked for drinks then another 20 for food. When asked for check it was 35 min and it was empty restaurant. I couldn’t find manager.
Their was a hair in the food. They comped the appetizers and we left before the entrees came out.
Thank you for accepting our reservation for 17 to celebrate my graduation. The table was ready upon our arrival and we were able to sit right away, even though the rest of our party hadn’t arrived yet.
It was a great experience!
Food was okay. We went on a Sunday evening and were sat just as the mall closed. The place was basically dead. The drink service was slow. The waitress blamed it on the service bar. I did notice that the bar was about 50% full, while the restaurant portion was empty. I ordered a Miller Lite, waitress said they only have Bud Light, but when I pointed out Miller Lite was on the menu she corrected herself. I stuck with the DuClaw in house beers. They were good. Food came out quickly. After we finished eating, we had to go and look for the waitress. She was nowhere to be found. The manager just walked right past us without intervening. After several minutes of searching, she returned to the table and basically said she was cleaning and forgot all about us.
Server was awful. Service was very slow. Restaurant wasn’t that busy despite it being Saturday night. OrderedThe Lucy burger- medium rare, it came out well done. Server never returned to our table so I couldn’t send food back.
I ordered the Jalapeno Crab BLT, it wasn't very good but other people at my table were happy with their orders!
Our service was okay.
Party of 6 visiting the area from NY and NC. We were seated quickly and drinks ordered. Server was extremely sweet, but that was the best part. Food was incorrectly prepared in terms of doneness for a burger. There was HAIR in the other burger. Bacon in BLT was not cooked well and all seemed overpriced for the quality of food. We won't be back in the area, but definitely don't recommend.
Food was really bland. Not worth it. Won’t be back.
Table was set-up and ready when we arrived. Overall a good experience.
Our server was awesome!!! We love craft brews, options sounded delicious, but flavor fell flat. Food was mediocre.
The beer is fresh and fantastic. The burgers were on point. The meat was so tasty you almost wanted to strip off all of the condiments and eat it by itself. The fries are up there with the best you will have. Hand cut and fried to order. The only downside is being in the mall, parking is a bit of a hassle. But the food and beer was worth it.
Waitress in training forgot to leave us silverwear, but the food came out quick and was delicious. Great shot for dinner and a movie. Creative menu and nice variety of beer and wines. Pretty much good for any occasion. Not very private however if you sir close to the 'mall-side' of the restaurant.
My husband, son, and I came here for a Friday night. The bar seems to be pretty busy, but the restaurant is usually half-empty, which is fine. We never have to wait. I ordered the lamb burger, which was ok at best. My husband ordered old bay wings, which he enjoyed. The side of fries he ordered were massive. Our server, Annie or Anna, was very pleasant and attentive.
Food and beer were both great, the service was extremely slow. Not busy at the time but getting a beer took at least 15 min, and server was no where to be found most of the time.
My husband and I visited on a Wednesday night. It's an easy, casual spot not too far from home. We waited for a very long time at the hostess stand to be seated. Finally, my husband had to go in and retrieve an employee to seat us. He seemed to not be aware that there was no hostess on duty. I asked him to make sure I received my points for the reservation. He said he wasn't sure how to work the system, but he'd try. I reminded him again, as I looked on my Open Table account, and saw that I still had the pending reservation. He said he'd get someone to take a look. I had to ask once again, and he finally got assistance from a co-worker. I made it very clear that I was not leaving until I received my points. Other than that, food was good. Fair prices.
Fast and friendly service. Food was OK - as expected.
It was a great dining experience for a very special occasion amongst friends. We were especially appreciative that the staff were not trying to rush us out of the restaurant.
Great food. Slow service.
Food was only okay. Beer was great though.
Service and pricing was fair.
they were nice to let me order apps a head of time but the service was so bad. I think I seen the waitress once every 40 mintutes. couldnt even check in bc the hostess was gone from the front for such a long time and had to track down a manger for our table.drinks were empty most of the time even after specifying that the food was spicy so we needed drinks. it was a big party 8 people but the rest of the place was pretty empty and the waitresses were no where to be found. didn't ask us for boxes. brought out one check without bringing out everyone else had to specifically ask to bring checks after being there 2 hours, not by choice. I will say when I did request to pay most of the tab being one dinner entrée and non alcoholic beverage and apps for everyone they did a good job at splitting the bill like that and everyone just paid for their own drinks. everything just took forever on the service slow slow with getting foods, drinks, boxes, checks and checking on us . even when we tried to go to the bar for drinks instead waited ten minutes and a non crowded bar to get even asked what we would like to drink. it was crazy.
Burgers were average. Other food good. Beer was good.
