Love this place. Food was delicious and filling. Just need staff to be more informed on breakfast items. Our waiter said that he usually works the dinner time wasn't all that sure of the breakfast items.

Absolutely recommend ordering the rotisserie duck and the brussel sprouts. The cheese plate was ok but the drinks were amazing.

Went with a group of friends for a birthday outing. I’m partial to this place because I live nearby and know the owner. The food is amazing and the ambiance so comfortable. It’s a bit pricey, but so worth it.

We had many appetizers and then sat down to a lighter dinner because of the many apps. It was all delightful. The happy hour was very generous and the drinks divine.

Wow, so glad we came here while visiting our College student daughter. My foodie group in Houston recommended it - and yes the food is amazing, service excellent, and ambience authentic, comfortable and fun. We started with the burrata sale and wings. Both perfect in very different ways. We had preordered the rotisserie duck (Amazing), and had their Brussels sprouts as an extra side (also Amazing). Had their Roth Cab with dinner, great pairing.

We ordered 2 ducks ahead of the reservation and they did not disappoint! So glad we upgraded one of them with the truffles! So amazing! Love the curds! Get them. They just cook everything amazing.

We have also been there for brunch. 2 words: Smoked Salmon.

Our waitress disappeared during our meal . She did not serve our dinner, refill our drinks, offer us dessert. The meal took over an hour to be served by someone else. I had to beg to get a check from her... and have another staff person give her the check with my charge card. She was awful and ruin a meal that I spent over $100.

Delicious food! The chef's tasting menu with the wine pairings is worth the price. It was a nice surprise when it turned into a 7 course meal instead of a 5 course meal. Will recommend to others and will go back again!

For $16.00, I ordered the Heirloom Ravioli. It was a total of four small to medium sized ravioli. I’m all for appreciating small plates but I won’t lie, for the quality and quantity and price— it just wasn’t a great first impression.

Neighborhood restaurant with an unexpected upscale menu. We did not have the duck, but it looked spectacular. The beef short ribs and ravioli were very good. Service was friendly and attentive.

Duck Inn was very good, not amazing. The food was excellent, but the portions were fairly small. Our waiter was fine, but the real gem was a server in another area named Jean or Jessie. She helped us out repeatedly when our server was not around. Next time I will ask specifically for her, and suggest others do likewise.

Service missed the mark. Was good until we were rushed out of the restaurant immediately after paying the bill. The server politely told us they had a busy night and needed the table without giving us an opportunity to leave without prompting. It was unexpected and something I hadn't experienced before.

We had the rotisserie duck, which was fantastic and almost too much for two people. Service was friendly and attentive. We loved the mid-century modern decor as well. The music was a bit loud which made it hard to hear each other.

I have been lucky enough to get tables on teh patio when the weather is good. Can't say what the noise level will be when its cold out. The pre-ordered duck serves 3 and leaves room for sides or appetizer. These are seasonal but if available the grilled zucchini and peach was excellent as was the spaghetti ( more like fettucini) with ramps or creamed leeks were nicely blanced, lightly sauced and tasted really good

The Duck Inn is a mash up of corner bar, hipster haven and gourmet bistro. Nothing glamorous about the location, but that reinforces the passion of the owners in establishing a testament to fine food and drink in a less likely venue. You'll enjoy a very nice meal among nice people.

Food was amazing! Bartenders were their saving grace. Do not make a reservation here not only will they NOT honor it you will be treated rudely with tons of disrespect for following through in your reservation. We waited over an hour for our reservation and continued to be ignored and treated like we just walked in expecting a table. Whenever we followed up it was always "in 5 minutes a table will clear open for you" tons of eye rolling and trying to force us to sit inside when we requested an outdoor table (it was fir a special occasion). We spent well over $500 on food and drinks on a party of 7 which was wonderful! But the service her is absolutely terrible!!! Go in with zero expectations to be treated kindly and please whatever you do...don't waste your time with a reservation. They seriously do not care.
