The view of the street is nice. The service was awesome. However the food outshines everything else. From the very first bite till the last it was absolutely amazing!! The duck breast with foie gras simply melted in your mouth. The white chocolate bread pudding was perfect with delicious whipped cream.
Food was delicious and service was great. Place is a bit small and dining room is kinda cramped though.
We were so looking forward to duck duck goose! Upon entering with my party, several members of the staff just looked at us before someone finally acknoweded us in a very low energy way and led us to our table. Our drinks and small plates/ apps were delicious! The entrees were lacking though. The duck was tough ( all 3 of them that were ordered ) and my halibut was overcooked. Hoping it was just an off night!
I didn’t love the way it was set up. At first they tried to seat us in a doorway. I was hoping for a romantic setting for our date night, this didn’t live up to my expectations. We ended up sitting at the bar which wasn’t that comfortable but definitely better than the doorway. The food was just ok. We had to send the muscles back as they were way overcooked. The filet was good. I would not go back there are better options.
Wonderful dinner at Duck Duck Goose. We had the braised lamb shank and honey roasted duck. Both were superb. The bread pudding was delicious and the wine was excellent, too.
Small dining space with decent ambiance. "Shares" (cauliflower steak and lobster w/ squid ink pasta special) and "Mains" (tournedos and halibut en croute) good to very good, but dessert (profiteroles) ordinary at best. A bit overpriced, particularly the wine.
Our party of 4 sampled some shared dishes, they were delicious. Diners should consider ordering a shared dish as their main - quantity of food was perfect for not sharing if it is your main course.
The main courses we ordered were also delicious.
Dessert (flourless chocolate cake and profiteroles ) were just okay.
Highly recommend this restaurant!
The ambience and food were wonderful! Will go again!
The restaurant is attractive. It was difficult to tell noise level as I was an 11am lunch reservation. I ordered the dry aged burger with foie gras and cherry. It came with a small salad. The burger meat itself was a bit stringy but flavorful. It was somewhat difficult to eat so I asked for a steak knife. As I was sitting in the bar area, service was just a bit inattentive. Overall I would return at a busier time to experience more of the entire experience.
AMAZING!!!! Everything was more delicious than imaginable.
Spectacular service. Johnny was superb, engaging and a joy to have met. The beouf was sublime and everything was simply perfectly presented and prepared. Ended up going with a port for a finisher and we are already planning our return. Thank you!
Food was quite good and the ambiance was definitely that of a nice restaurant. It is a good place to go for a special occasion or just for a nice time.
Exceptional food complemented with incredible service.
I ventured into Duck Duck Goose for brunch with a friend, expecting quite a bit more than what I received. The ambience had a shabby chic European feel and appearance, which was charming. It was surprisingly empty for a Sunday afternoon at 12:30 p.m., when everyone in the Fells Point area seems to be stumbling out of bed looking for comfort food after drinking too much on Saturday night. But I digress. Returning to my opening comment, the brunch menu was scarce and I had a hard time deciding what to order because there were so few options, if that makes sense. I settled on the Rolled Omelette, which was good, if not boring. I enjoyed the side of breakfast potatoes and bacon, which were both well prepared. The friend who accompanied me ordered the same thing with no complaints, as well as a side of toast, which was probably THE BEST TOAST I'VE EVER EATEN IN MY LIFE. But unless I had a strong craving for a well done, yet very basic breakfast, I would likely not fight for parking in this area of town to come here for brunch again. Side Note: It's best to stick to wine here. I had a highly unfavorable Old Fashioned, which I traded in for a slightly better Peach Bellini (not my drink of choice, but I was desperate).
The eggplant is amazing!!! This place is darling inside. Lots of big windows to look out on neighborhood. Great food and friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone!!
This restaurant is excellent!! Beautiful decor, The service we received was amazing.... Thank you Desiree!! The food is impeccable!! (Definitely get the Duck) No wonder they have won so many awards!!! Again, thank you for an outstanding culinary experience!!
Absolute horrible service. Absolutely inflexible in discussion of any menu modifications and flat out rude.
Portions were way too small for price
We had reservations and were seated in the dining room. It was way too load and way to tight to enjoy. We asked to move to the bar area and had a great time. Food was very good, bartender was attentive.
Another Baltimore Gem! I do eat at a lot of restaurants in Baltimore and Duck Duck has us wanting to go back. One of the best Lamb Shank I have had. Service is just outstanding. Attention to detail is there. (Fells Point parking is a bit hard sometimes).
Absolutely fantastic and decadent meal for my boyfriend's birthday. The vibes are relatively casual but the menu, presentation and service were next level. For the price, this is definitely a special occasion place for us, but I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a unique experience.
If you are in the area this restaurant is a can't miss destination. The kitchen is very creative and the wait staff very attentive. The dishes are very well presented and show the artistic flair of the chef.
As a avid foodie, but a shy lurker on these food review sites, I do not often write reviews, however, this restaurant was such a perfect experience that I had to recommend it to whoever was on the fence about trying their food. The first thing I noticed was the retro like bathroom tiles as I walked up from the main entrance. Then, the vibrant wallpaper of flamingos and palm leaves drew my eyes. As I took in the escentric, yet oddly refreshing decor, the waiter, Johnny, Took us to a corner table where the two of us could enjoy the lush red leather seats. Admittedly, it was a little cold by the window, but it didn't hinder our experience at all. Between the two of us, we ordered 4 dishes, beef tartar, Fois gras, the poisson du jour, and the squid ink pasta. Each and every plate had a unique flavor and was presented beautifully to enhance the look and feel of the dish. My one and only small complaint would be that the portion size of the food was a little small, especially the mains. They seemed more like appetizer sizes. Overall, the experience was amazing and we spent a wonderful birthday dinner there. I cannot recommend this place enough for their excellence in food and service! Also, a small shoutout to Johnny for being attentive enough to call me and let me know that my mother had left her phone at the restaurant.
Very pleasant atmosphere, food was great!
Had they honey roasted duck and my gf the squid ink pasta. Both were phenomenal. Drinks were on par with a quality place. Our server was very nice but did not seem as knowledgeable about the menu as others. Over all fantastic. I would go back without hesitation.
Great dining experience! Music, cocktails, wine and a tasty meal served by Johnny. Made it a wonderful evening!
The service was great and the food exceptional. This restaurant gets better and better. I think this restaurant is in the top tier of all restaurants in this area and I wish them great success. They deserve it!
Six dollar coffee and six dollar refills avoid at all costs
A truly excellent experience, from cocktails to dessert and everything in between. Our server was perfectly attentive without hovering, and we felt like welcomed guests. We're still talking about our meal two days later. Highly recommended!
Absolutely fantastic fine dining without the pomp and ceremony. Pricey, but well worth the expense for a special occasion.
Everything we had was so good. We shared the pasta with duck confit and french onion soup, both were excellent. Our cocktails were amazing. Our entrees and desserts were excellent. The service was friendly and responsive. I highly recommend Duck Duck Goose
First time for brunch at a place I have eaten dinner at several time. Excellent brunch, creative dishes, service and I like the bistro like atmosphere. The food actually is a good value, but the wine is not - marked up well over 2X retail and only a few bottles barely under $50 and nothing under $40. An excellent Cote du Rhone or cru bourgeois Bordeaux can be had for $15 retail so they should be able to sell it for ~$30 and do well (restaurants do not pay retail for their wine). But here they are either not trying or they are importing the price insensitivity of their Bethesda sibling.
Lovely place, picture perfect and cozy. I visited for Sunday brunch. I cannot day enough about the Bottomless Mimosa menu because it includes other cocktails (tequila sunrise anyone?!) The menu online is not updated so they did not have (of course) the items I was craving.
Would I go again? Yes. For brunch? No, dinner!

Delicious. Hamburger was very good. Tender filet.
Lovely dinner, we shared plates, bread pudding for dessert was amazing. We we were celebrating a big anniversary and the restuarant brought a huge sparkler to the table with 2 glasses of bubbly. Also we were given a card signed by staff with 2 tokens for free drinks. Felt so special!!
We loved this restaurant. We loved the menu options and with small plate options we were able to share a few dishes which enabled us to get a great sense of what this restaurant is all about. We loved everything! However, we thought the duck pate, cauliflower dish and the GF chocolate cake were particularly remarkable.
A tasty menu that is unique to the Baltimore area. Great service and ambiance.
Food was awesome. Bone marrow was sublime
Loved this restaurant. Beautiful decor, lovely server. Food was beautifully presented and delicious. Flourless chocolate cake is insane! Looking forward to returning!
