The food and atmosphere was great. Service was not the best. Super nice, just inattentive. Never filled up my water or asked for order to put in. We had to ask server to fill drinks and put in order and it was not busy.

I had an amazing evening at Dua Lounge in Jacksonville. From the moment I walked in, the chic ambiance and Mediterranean flair instantly set the stage for a delightful experience. I indulged in the vibrant Dua Charcuterie board—a perfect mix of cheeses, meats, and fresh accents—and the Dua Shrimp was sautéed to perfection with a burst of capers and sun-dried tomatoes. Creative cocktails and a unique hookah experience elevated the night even further, and the friendly, attentive service made me feel truly welcome. Overall, it was a memorable night that I can’t wait to experience again.

We reserved a table, and while there were about 4 tables visibly empty, and we arrived a couple of minutes early, we sat in the lobby for more than 10 minutes past our reservation. Lots of people came in after us and we're seated, unfortunately we were somewhat ignored. We travel a lot and try great places all over, but this was just a huge turn off. I ended up canceling my reservation. In that moment we were told we would have a table ready, but honestly, at that point I was very disappointed in the service of the 3 hostesses and moved on to a better place.

Food was good but they must have been understaffed because we had poor service. Appetizers came out after entrees, never got waters that we asked for, long times between visits from the waiter.

We had a birthday dinner for my husband with a table of six that had an early reservation. There was little to no one there when we got there. The waitstaff seems very inexperienced as we had to remind him of an app we ordered, salad came out with dinner, dinners came out randomly and we had to chase him about one that was forgotten. We were never checked on as they were understaffed and seems too new. Manager never checked on us though we spent were spending a good amount to money. The service to correct all the mishaps were too little. We had spent a lot on alcohol whereas a gesture to upkeep what they are trying to Promote as a fine establishment could have gone much farther. The food was mostly good once it came out. Music is too loud and right over table. Not sure I will try it again. They are nice but just service was not up to par..and management walked past us tons of times with no check in either. Not what is expected from a ‘nicer’ place.
