Come to du Barry for French regional cuisine and an array of highly individual wines, mostly organic.
The aim was to create a Tokyo-style “sensibility”.
A place to which unusual and attractive people, people full of vitality, assertive people, people who live in a city in which numerous value systems intersect, come for a fun time. The restaurant is run by owner-sommelier Yasushi Yatabe, who honed his skills at L’ecrin Ginza, and chef Katsuyoshi Yamada, ex-deputy head chef at Restaurant Feu. The restaurant they have created together aims to be a place in which comfort and coziness are more important than high-class French exclusivity or a French style bistro ambience. This is a restaurant for a relaxed, hearty meal.

    10周年特別メニューをいただきましたが、どの料理も美味しかつたです。あわせて頼んだ日本ワインのペアリングも珍しいものばかりだっただけではなく、サービスで出していただいた黒糖ラムもとても良かったです。またお邪魔したいと思います。

    10周年記念コースをワインペアリングで頂きました。 コロナの影響で、記念コースが秋になりましたが、秋の味覚満載で盛付けも美しくお味は勿論美味しくとても素敵な時間を過ごせました。ペアリングワインもここでしか味わえない楽しいマリアージュを体験できます。オススメです。

    友人に連れて行ってもらって、とても美味しかったので夫と一緒に行きました。綺麗で美味しいお料理で、とても楽しい時間でした。お店の方も、優しい雰囲気でリラックスして食事ができました。ご馳走さまでした！

    どのお料理も、とても美味しかったです。店内もスタッフの方も、雰囲気・対応良く、いつもとても楽しく過ごす事ができます。コロナ対策もしっかりされていて安心できました。

    久しぶりの外食でしたがこちらを選んで大成功。大満足でした。お味もコストパフォーマンスも神レベル。これ以上のお店を見つけることは無理なんじゃないかなと思いました。

    国産食材をふんだんに使い安心して食事を楽しむことが出来ました。ソムリエのワインの造詣も深く、より一層食事が美味しくなりました。椅子にもこだわりがあり居心地も良かったです。

    ソファー席の2人テーブルは隣との間１メートルも空いておらず、しかも仕切りのようなものはなし。週末、予約が多く入ったらその分、人を入れているのではないかな、と疑いました。隣とのテーブルの間に仕切りを置いている店も多い中、感染対策はやってないような印象を持ちました。窓もドアも閉め切ってあって換気対策もなしのようでした。あれではちょっと心配ですね。

    コロナ禍ですが、約4ヶ月ぶりに親友の誕生日祝いで初来店しました。 お料理はどのお皿も本当に美味しく、なによりも丁寧に料理の説明をしてくださり(そして全くしつこくありませんでした)、掛けてくださる一声一声がとても温かくて感動しました。 このお店を選んで良かったと思っています。友人も喜んでくれ、お店を出てからも「ここは誰かに紹介したり、大切な人を連れてきたいところだね」と話していました。 また伺いたいと思います。 美味しいお料理と楽しい時間をありがとうございました。
