Great lunch wit out of town friends. Everyone loved their food and the views were awesome.

Enjoyable water front restaurant , good ambient for groups and family , relaxing environment , outstanding service . The grouper mixed with the citrus sauce was amazing and the red snappers pretty fresh and nice cooked .
Recommend 100% if you like the boat dock felling and peacefully water views .

Beautiful night with outdoor dining and really awesome food. Bartenders are especially fantastic! They take reservations but if none are available you can just show up and put your name on the list, grab a drink and sit in a variety of places and wait. It is right on the intercoastal and peaceful place to just relax. Fish tacos are a must!! Best we have had anywhere so we keep coming back for more!

Beautiful setting but if you want a reservation I suggest going online. Twice I have called for a reservation and both times have been told none are available, once before I even said what meal I was calling for. We did ask for outside seating and were told would be apps 15 mins. We elected to wait but when we were called for our table we were taken to an inside table. No explanation was offered.

Dry Dock is one of the finest restaurants that the Sarasota area has to offer.
The setting is absolutely perfect: a panoramic view of Sarasota Bay. (It doesn't get any better than that) From the upstairs dining room, one can see for miles in many directions. It's not only calming but inspiring.
In short: the excellence of the seafood was only outdone by the efficiency and friendliness of the wait staff and everyone that we encountered.
If you have the time....DO experience Dry Dock. You won't be sorry!

Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful recommending the Oysters Rockefeller to the Birthday Boy. My go to is always the Lobster Rolls....Delish! The Key Lime pie was a special treat.
I’m a NH girl so I know my lobster rolls....highly recommended.

We had a great table upstairs by the window and enjoyed looking out at the water. We felt safe with the extra measures taken for distancing and masks. Our waitress, (Courtney?) was excellent and helpful.

Dry Dock is our favorite restaurant on the water in Longboat Key. Though it's often busy we never have a wait when we make our reservation with Open Table. The Lobster Rolls, Shrimp Tacos and Seafood Linguini are always spot-on and the staff is friendly and check with you often. They remain our favorite!

Birthday experience great special place

We had absolutely fantastic service, drinks, and food. The view from the upper dining room was picture perfect. Would highly recommend!

So glad I made reservations, otherwise 2 hour wait! Everyone loves the Dry Dock. Great views of Sarasota Bay from the outside eating area and the upper inside dining room. Food was delicious and our server was attentive but not overbearing. Always a great experience!

Had a delicious meal at a beautiful location.
