The cuisine at Drusie and Darr by Jean-Georges reflects a passionate commitment to fresh, organic and local ingredients. The restaurant’s modern American menu changes with the seasons, focusing on artisanal and sustainable produce at its peak. Meat, fish and dairy are locally sourced, where possible, from humanely treated, pasture-fed animals free of antibiotics and hormones. In addition to offering the freshest and finest dishes, the design of Drusie and Darr features preserved 1902 Beaux-Arts details such as vaulted ceilings, original oak walls, and a partially open kitchen with modern twists and custom furniture by Thomas Juul-Hansen.

    High points. Our server Zack. Ambiance. Black Sea-bass. Mushroom risotto. Fancy restrooms. Room for improvement. Beef tenderloin portion way too small for the price. 2 servings of mashed potatoes both came barely lukewarm. Veal Milanese breading too thick and veal not adequately pounded. Horrible wine list format. No categorization, small font, weird binding. Wines way overpriced. Salt grinders work poorly. Booth tables the bases to tables too large and oddly shaped making sitting uncomfortable and entering space very awkward.

    One of the most incredible dining experiences of my life. Took a special someone there and the staff made sure we had a night we will always remember. Cant say thank you enough to them there. If I could give 10 stars I would.

    Exceptional. We made an extra trip layover just to enjoy this wonderful restaurant. Truly inspired. It's worth your time and effort. We can not wait to experience again soon. Never a disappointment. Thank you Jean-George for bring this gem to the south.

    Dresser and Darr should be renamed Delayed and Deferred. The service was slow, the soup arrived lukewarm, the food average but not exceptional. Definitely not worth the hype nor what you would hope from a celebrity chef’s restaurant. Honestly, highly overrated and disappointing.

    Food was very good. The service was was also generally quite good, however, no one cleaned the table from bread crumbs until the dinner was complete. Should have been done between each course of the meal.

    Food and services are all excellent. My father in law manage a French cuisine up in Philadelphia and he was very satisfied about all the food served here.
