Peter Island Resort is taking the opportunity in this early stage of its post-opening phase to further enhance both the aesthetic and operational aspects of Drunken Pelican restaurant to ensure an even better experience for our guests. Beginning April 21, Drunken Pelican will be closed to embark upon its exciting reimagining. During its closure, guests will have the opportunity to enjoy delicious food and beverage offerings at Drunken Pelican’s temporarily location at Tradewinds Conference Center next door.

Amazing food, we were a group of 14 people and food didn’t take that long. Prices are great as well and we went a night but i’mt pretty sure the view from the restaurant is amazing during the day.

Nice atmosphere. Simple food great view! Temporary location due to construction. Peter Island needs at least 6 months or more to have Hotel facilities up and running. Staff slow but it has been slow for 40 years!

Under construction, was brought around to enter near the employee entrance. They were preparing the bar, so they walked by our table for 1 hour with supplies for the bar on a rolling cart - while another employee cleaned out and organized the bar fridge. Very slow service - and we went there for brunch - menu was changed without notice, so we had burgers...yuk. carrot cake for dessert was mediocre for 19 bucks.

We ate at the Drunken Pelican on 04/23. At that time the restaurant was closed and temporary tables were set up in the large hallway and conference room. Not the same vibe as the restaurant.

Small plate menu was way off course - goat, eggplant, oxetail were just a few items that we we not exactly craving. Had to settle for pizza which was not quite as good as a DiGiornos Trying a bit too hard on the menu - please consider having better options as the ambiance and service were great.
