Our experience at Drumhellers was wonderful. From the wait staff to the wine and dinner. Excellent.
We will be back soon!

We went for my wife's birthday and were sadly disappointed. Food was fine, but service was very slow. Several guests who arrived and were seated 20-30 minutes after us were served their entrees before we even got our salads. $45 for fried chicken and potato salad was a bit steep. We were asked if we'd like bread with our drinks while we waited, but it never came. Then we were informed that you ran out of bread and it was only 6:30 pm. The chef actually brought out our entrees and said he had trouble with the chicken, but never said what. For the price we paid we expected much more. I doubt we'll be back.

We were disappointed in our experience. They were out of a wine we chose, out of the table bread and my husbands pork chop was quite thin and overdone. They apologized for all, even bringing him another pork chop which was not much better:(. My risotto was a little crunchy and not as creamy as maybe it should have been, but the flavors were very good.
We enjoy staying at the hotel but are hesitant to eat in their restaurant again..
We also very much like their bar, Vino, which has a nice local wine selection as well as cocktails!

Lovely setting on the river. We were placed in a private balcony which was perfect for us until the lubricated ladies from below us got loud. Even then ok. Food very nice and pretty good value for money. Wine list seemed good

We had an excellent experience at Drumheller's. Dustin, our server, was fantastic. There were 3 of us who came for dinner. I had the salmon, my husband had the pork, and my step mom had the steak. Everyone enjoyed their food and the experience there at Drumheller's. We look forward to having dinner there again.

I am loving this restaurant. Some of the best duck outside of France I've ever had. Their arugula, prosciutto salad is great. Thanks to Zack the chef who does a superb job and my favorite waiter Dustin

Excellent service from the time we walked into the door, seated promptly, great view, busy waitress but she made sure we had water and drink orders. Bread and drinks (actually brought our own Washington sparkling wine, no corkage fee!) were served timely and she returned promptly for our orders. The bread was a little bitter but was still very good. Our meals were well prepared. The salad was excellent, great ingredients that complimented each other for great flavor. The filet was moist and had good flavor, although ordered medium rare it came closer to medium but was still excellent. The lamb was also excellent with tremendous Mediterranean spices. We definitely enjoy this place and hope people in the Tri-Cities will continue to go there.

Overall, it was a fine experience. It was quiet and we had great service. Beautiful view, nice restaurant. Our food, however, left something to be desired, especially for the price. My husband had the filet. The mashed potatoes were amazing, but his steak was extremely over done. I got the chicken, which was ok, but a bit dry. Like they both sat in the window too long before being brought out to us.

This was a very lively restaurant. The waitress was excellent even only on her 3rd day working there. The food was very tasty. We shared an appetizer that we thought was outstanding. It was the Philly Cheesesteak Meatballs. I highly recommend this as a delicious way to start a very pleasant experience.

Had just arrived in town for the Columbia Cup. This was one of the few places that served after 9:00PM on a Thursday (in the whole tri-cities). Signage inside the building is confusing. Restaurant is upstairs in space recently converted to the restaurant - no signs up there either. Bar and (also) eating downstairs, as well - but with view of Parking Lot. You can take your drinks out on the deck.

Drink and food order promptly taken at 8:45 - our drinks came at 9:00 -- then waitress disappeared (re-assigned downstairs). Our food came, and was dropped off by someone else - but no chance to ask for second round. After 45 mins of not seeing a server - we were asked by a third person how things were - we said we were hoping for a second drink -- and then we're told last call was 10 minutes ago.

A cold steak - gluten and dairy free order had a pile of Blue Cheese/Roquefort on it - but no one came to our table to be able to point that out to. Adjustments were made - and we got a second round of drinks after 10PM.

Seems they are more focused on being a destination hotel/wine bar - and haven't quite figured out the restaurant business yet.

First time to Drumhellers at The Lodge at Columbia Point. The food was very good other than my steak was not cooked perfectly (MR instead of MW) all the flavors were excellent and the staff was very accommodating. We would reccomend to anyone to eat there and the view is outstanding of the boat basin and columbia river.

We had the pleasure of dining on a Saturday night to celebrate our anniversary and it was outstanding! We were so impressed with the service, food, and overall beauty of the lodge and restaurant.
Not to mention, we got to sit in a PRIVATE balcony that made us have such a special evening and feel like we were on top of the world. The Focaccia bread was to die for, the appetizer was a perfect size for my husband and I and our entrees were plate licking good!
My husband ordered the Ribeye and I ordered the Half Roast Chicken and we even got some shoe string fries with Aoli to share because we couldn't help ourselves. I don't think there was anything left on those plates.....Oh and let's not forget the amazing dessert! It was creme brûlée and it was made to perfection! We are still not over how amazing everything was and cannot wait to come back! Thank you for such a wonderful experience

Always a pleasure to dine at Dumheller’s. Wine tasting in the lobby with Kat, and if you find a bottle that meets your liking, bring it to dinner with no corkage. Sagemoor Cab Franc/Merlot was memorable. Watch the wine cruise leave from the balcony. Garde Manger is excellent and food very good. GM Wendy has been there since the beginning. Will be back soon!

I wouldn’t dissuade someone from checking the place out, but we went to celebrate our anniversary and were left wishing we had gone somewhere else. The dining room was immaculate, the view was amazing, and the food was fresh and flavorful (although a bit overpriced)— but a few things rubbed us the wrong way. First, we were told upon entering that they were out of salmon, but when another couple was seated after us we overheard the hostess telling them there were actually a few portions left. Other guests were also given the option of a table on a private balcony. We were there celebrating our anniversary and that would have been a nice touch, but as it was no one acknowledged our special occasion at all. I’m not sure why the online reservation form even asks. Another thing that mildly irked me was that when we arrived there were absolutely no other customers. Yet with all the open tables, a family that came in a little while later was seated right next to us, making conversation a little bit awkward. I wouldn’t have minded any of these instances on their own, but they added up to create kind of a bad vibe. Maybe it was just us, or perhaps they were having an off night. I’d be open to giving them another try, but not any time soon.

My husband and I dined here to celebrate our 2nd anniversary. The entire experience was lovely. Having not dined at Drumheller’s before, we didn’t know what to expect. Upon arriving for our reservation, we were seated at a table-for-two on its own terrace. We were immediately impressed. The remainder of the evening didn’t disappoint. I love “fancy” cocktails, so I was excited to try the lavender martini. It was perfect, and my husband liked his drinks as well. Though our waiter was training an apprentice waiter, the service was top-notch. Both waiter and apprentice were wonderful. The food was so, so, so good, with generous portions. I’m a difficult person to impress, but I was awed by such a wonderful dining experience, right here in the Tri-Cities. We felt like we were on vacation, without the travel. I highly recommend Drumheller’s. We will definitely come back!

I was there for a Mother’s Day Tea. The sandwiches were the only issue where the bread was very dry. The scones were not the traditional English scones that were nice and big. These were a little flat. But otherwise everything else was amazing. The tea selection was awesome and I got to try two different teas. The background music was a harp. The harpist was amazing. I hope they get to host English High Teas more often.

The view was lovely, salad was superb, bread and wine were very good. The entrees were okay. Risotto and lobster were good. Duck was unevenly cooked. Our service was very slow and nothing was done to compensate for that. The Kuwait Tart was poorly executed and difficult to eat. All in all I am not sure I will be recommending or returning . I expect more at that price.
