The food is amazing. Salmon was incredible. You must order the bacon. Oceanview one way, riverview the other. Lots of parking.
It started to rain outdoor and it took the manager awhile to make a decision to put up beach umbrellas to shield us from the rain. Disappointing that this was not done ahead of time.

We had a birthday dinner on July 7th, a lovely evening on the Jersey Shore.
Octopus and Scallops were cooked to PERFECTION! Delicious. Skip the angry lobster dumplings - tasteless. Dessert is amazing. Service is significantly more casual than at the locations David Burke personally manages but for a beach outpost it's fine. View is great.
We love this place. Under the circumstances of reopening and eating outdoors, we had a nice meal with great service .

The lobster dumpling appetizer was delicious as were the hippie FF... however we ordered the surf and turf his MR and mine Med... told the server to please make sure mine was medium because sometimes I also end up with MR... when they came out my husbands was very very rare as was mine .
My husband and I dined at DRIFTHOUSE for our 10th wedding anniversary. We enjoyed a wonderful meal including cocktails, appetizers, entrees and desserts! We said that we will definitely return before the end of the summer to dine outdoors again.
Thanks to everyone for great food and support. Janice did a great job with us and was kind and gracious once it rained.

First time ever and I’ve been dining at David Burke’s restaurants for many years. I have to say this was one of my worst experiences. Our server Allissa was a very inexperience as a server. She was no where to be found at anytime never checked on us. Appetizers were great and went downhill from there. I ordered a filet mignon medium came out medium well. Sent it back. Manger came over and gave us a complimentary shrimp dish. Filet mignon came back medium rare. Alyssa never came back to check to see if everything was okay. Needless to say didn’t eat the filet. Thank god the manager brought over the shrimp. Now coffee and dessert. Order 2 double espressos-ice cold and came as a regular espresso. Dessert was good. We were very disappointed with our dining experience.

Excellent food.,The portions were very generous. The service was very attentive . When it started to rain we wwrw immediately moved to another table that was protected from the elements. Overall rhe experience was wonderful and would highly recommend it.

Drifthouse by David Burke never disappoints! The food was as amazing as always. The clothes line bacon and lobster dumplings melt in your mouth. The staff is energetic and friendly. A must for summer dining. The out door patio looks out over the ocean and the bay. Looking forward to our next visit.

We had dinner for father's day. Outside seating sure to the Covid 19. Had a great view of bother the ocean and river along with the pool club. Dinner was awesome as usual at David Burke's restaurants! For just starting outside, service was excellent! No mistakes at all, drinks stayed cold, and there was really no rush.
The angry lobster dumplings were great! I'll be having those again! All of it meals were delicious, cavatelli and lobster, bronzino, chicken and the scallops and octopus!

Food and Beverage were very good considering the turn of recent events. Very professional and attentive.
Great job with the food. Sides were great and main course tasted outstanding. Service was a little slow but they had a few new people working so I'm sure it will get better. By the way the pop-overs were killer!!!!
Waitress forgot my husbands main dish, chicken and his Brussel sprouts side dish. We would like money put back in the card. Not a credit. It wasn’t our fault. Appetizers were good. Rest of food wasn’t good. Mussels smelled bad.

It was great!
Food was excellent. They brought out appetizer almost immediately and then forgot about the popovers. My husband was offered another drink and I was not. Overall, the food was excellent. The Tuna Steak was amazing.
