   The swordfish schnitzel and beet salad with goat cheese mousse were outstanding. Service was top notch.

   This was a pure dining experience in every way. Very small restaurant with very small kitchen but great service...food came as ready but absolutely delicious hot unique and wonderful. Maddie was so pleasant and efficient and great Server. A bit pricey but wellworth it. Best sure to make a reservation LOVED IT.

   Enjoyed an Amazing Culinary experience at Drift. Exquisite cocktails, food, presentation and atmosphere. Love sitting at the bar and enjoyed bantering with patrons and bartender. Such a delightful experience! Drift is most definitely the finest restaurant in Rehobeth! 🥂🍾

   Loved the vibe and decor. Service was average to slightly above average. Pea soup was great, so was the schnitzel. Beet salad was really heavy on the beets. I believe it had burrata, grapefruit and pistachios in it, too. The burrata was very sour and the other items were barely present. Not any sweetness to balance dish. Only had a few bites. Someone told me not to get the salad…I should have listened but it sounded so good! I hope the chef tweaks this to make it as good as it sounds. Maybe some whipped burrata with a touch of honey, less beets, more pistachios and grapefruit or a different fruit altogether.

   Went there for my wife’s birthday This was our 3rd time there EVERYTHING was perfect! Service and the food! You will never be disappointed Highly recommend

   This was our first time at drift. The entire dinning experience was 5 star. It was surprise for the team at Drift to acknowledge our wedding anniversary with a card and prosecco toast.

   The food at this restaurant is excellent! I had the Virginia oysters on the half shell which were tiny, but very fresh, sweet and delicious. Others had the beet salad and crab hush puppies which I tasted and again fresh and delicious. 2 of us had the seared scallops which melted in our mouths. All the flavors of the sauce, the apples , cashews etc blended wonderfully. It was rich and satisfying. One person had the swordfish and reported it was also delicious. The restaurant is very small and my only complaint was that it was very loud which I have a hard time with. After I saw the outdoor seating area I was wishing we had been out there as it would have been quieter. It is mostly closed in and had a heater so we probably would not have been cold. All in all I highly recommend this restaurant.
