   Great restaurant for date night! Steaks were cooked perfectly and the Brussels sprouts and mashed potatoes were out of this world! Definitely will return to celebrate another special occasion. Highly recommend this restaurant if you're looking to impress or want to treat yourself!

   We enjoy the Drift so very much for the atmosphere, and the food is always spot on, very delicious! This is our go to place for a beautiful evening for the wait staff is truly exceptional every time we have dinner there. Thank you!!

   This Mother's Day Tea could have been a really nice event, but it seemed more of an afterthought. I saw this as a lovely idea to treat my mother, but there was just nothing that made it actually "special." Not even a flower on the table. The "Tea," was a single cup with a tea bag-no warm-up or refill offered. Where were the teapots, friends? Where were the tiered trays, and other things that make a tea a delightful experience? The treats were so-so. Cucumber sandwiches on dry curling bread. Deviled eggs, biscuits masquerading as scones, some berries scattered on the tray, a variety of sweets like chocolate chip cookies, lemon bars, and small pink macarons. We were surrounded by dirty tables as there was no one to bus them - to the point that new arrivals were moving dishes off the tables to be able to seat themselves. Yep. We were all told to just sit wherever. The one bright spot was the server who took care of us, Bill. He was kind to us and very obviously working hard. So much potential, but very poorly executed.

   Excellent. We were there for a special occasion. The staff was informed in advance and were very cordial and included a champagne toast . There was attention to detail at every point. The food, pork chops, crab, filet, shrimp were all very good The ambiance was a 15 on a scale of 1-10. The setting on the lake is spectacular This was the first visit. There will be more

   What a great experience , location , food and service . I’m not a desert guy but the Tiramisu ? Is the best I ever had . It’s a must and I would go there just for Tiramisu

   My wife and I were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary which was noted on the reservation. I had no idea they would go above and beyond in the manner that they did. This made the evening more special. Upon arrival they greeted us and congratulated us. There were rose petals on our table. We received wine for a toast, and of course the food was amazing. Our view was overlooking Lake Wylie as if we were sitting outdoors. Our waitress (Haley) was very attentive as well. At the end we received a complimentary dessert with a candle. The managers came by as well to congratulate us. Thank you so much for making the evening special and memorable!

    It was our first time dining at Drift. We waited over 15 minutes for a table even though we had a reservation. Service was very slow. One of our appetizers never showed. Steaks were undercooked and dinner was cold. We were never given an explanation why the service was so slow. When I complained the manager just took the appetizer we didn’t receive and one steak off our bill. We were there for 2 hours and had a horrible experience. We will not go back to Drift again.
