   We had an outstanding experience at Drift. We were greeted by management at the door, seated at the best available table and wait staff service was “second to none”. Only one issue …. the mussel appetizer was not good and it was brought to our waiter Luke’s attention. He shared our dislike with the chef and we were told the mussel’s come from New Zealand and could of been “old”. The appetizer in my opinion should of been removed from our $225 dinner tab …. it wasn’t. I am a retired military officer and were visiting Pensacola Naval Air Station and will return to this fine dining establishment. Marty Blake

   This was a first experience of dining here for all four of us. I had heard it was good but this exceeded my expectations. The service was outstanding. Merigrace was very attentive and her suggestions were delicious. The view is incredible and the atmosphere just lovely. A special place to have dinner and I will definitely be back when in town.

   We were a group of 6 with a new waitress. She did her best with the crowd. It was really loud due to an engagement party and the KY derby crowd. Food was excellent. We loved the filet. It was cooked perfectly. I was a huge fan of the French onion soup and the grilled asparagus. Everyone else enjoyed their meal as well. We will return.

   Great location! Lucas, our waiter, was extremely helpful with drink and entree options. Everything was excellent!

   We will definitely be back! The service was great and the chef personally comes out to meet every customer. The focaccia bread is amazing!!! We had the chef special grouper and loved every bite! Most certain that we are coming back this week!

   First time there…great dining experience! Pip (waiter) was great. Food was excellent! Will be back next time we are in town.

    Slow service. Sat for 20 minutes before being acknowledged by the waiter.
