Each reservation is allotted a 2-hour dining window to ensure all guests have the opportunity to enjoy our culinary experience. We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals; however, please note that the 2-hour dining time begins at the scheduled reservation time, not upon the arrival of all party members. Kindly be aware that reservations not honored within 15 minutes may be released to accommodate other guests.

    Food was amazing and our server was fantastic. Our experience was ruined by the disastrous Valet Parking service that took 30 minutes to bring our car. To make matters worse, response from hotel front desk when we brought the situation was even worse. CS Supervisor never arrived and the lady in the Front Desk was horrible.

    This was our first time in DRGN but certainly, not the first time tasting chef Treviño's creations. . Had been trying to get a reservation and finally could get one. The restaurant is a cozy, beautiful space. Everything we had was delicious. Service was very attentive. The highlight was talking with chef Treviño whom I had not seen for some years. Music volume was a bit too loud for my taste, but nothing that will keep us from returning.

    Overall an overpriced experience with good quality not to standard with price. The service was average as to what you would expect from this type of restaurant. Have to say the churrasco and pot de creme were very good.

    Chef Trevino is back and better than ever! This cozy and elegant restaurant is perfect for romantic dinners, girls night out or business. The service was so attentive without being too much. The menu has something for everyone, of course we HAD to have his famous dumplings and they were perfect, we loved the duck pave equally as much! We will be back.

    Overall it was a marvelous experience.The food, the mix of flavor was absolutely superb.Remind me of my previous experience in the early 2000.Nice atmosphere, service.

    La comida excelente, perfecto todos los platos que pedimos. Lo que faltó mejorar fue el servicio, mucho que desear y la música muy alta, pero de resto espectacular
