Pleasant outdoor dining experience.
Wonderful Food and exceptional service! We definitely plan to go back!
Delicious food and outstanding service, as always. We had the goat cheese and calamari appetizers, caprese salad, rack of lamb and halibut entrees, and a delicious bottle of Tempranillo. All topped off with decaf and creme brûlée. Perfect!
Outstanding customer service. The cuisine is delicious. Highly recommend.
I love the vibe in the restaurant but in this particular experience the soup was salty, my fish was overdone and my date's steak wasn't seasoned at all. Overall it was a mediocre meal that cost him over $200!!
Very pleasant, adult atmosphere. Wonderful and creative food. Broad and understandable menu.
Altogether lovely evening.
Dresslers was recommended as a client dinner. It was absolutely wonderful. From the service to the food and the atmosphere. At one point, my client and I noted how there was no one on their cell phones. Will definitely be going back.
Perfect place for a romantic dinner. Excellent table service.
Another great meal at Dresslers. Friendly staff and amazing food. We brought some nice wine and they were there with a decanter and then later to pour the wine for us. The waitstaff made sure that the picture they took was perfect. She arranged the table prior to taking the picture to make sure the flowers and wine would be seen to best advantage. Great attention to detail.
We tremendously enjoyed our dinner and service, but chose to dine outside due to wonderful weather and live band in the village. Bad choice due to flies. Eat fast because they’ll get it all.
We go to Dressler’s for excellent service, delicious food and the great desserts. The wait staff, hosts and managers to are great folks friendly and attentive.
Good food good service.
Menu selection was good . Service as usual was great. Pretty noisy last night for a Tuesday .
Dressler’s never disappoints! We had a wonderful meal with perfect food and wine. We are customers of all Jon Dresslers’s restaurants....they are all wonderful!
Great food. Great service. A little noisy for a patron who is hard of hearing.
We love going to Dressler's! Food is always fabulous, service is outstanding and love the atmosphere!! What ore could one ask for!!!
Service was great. Food delicious. Environment very conducive for allowing to carry on a conversation.
Love this place. Staff and food are extraordinary.
We went at 6 pm which was a good time because not too crowded. We appreciate the atmosphere and ability to have a conversation. We both had a special, center cut rib-eye Oscar style. Mine was to be medium rare but it was more medium. It was also a little drier. Still the meal was very good. Next time I’ll get the full rib-eye for more flavor. The waiter was excellent and took good care of us.
Dressler’s is one of my favorite restaurants! I never feel rushed. The servers are great, and the food is even better.
Food was first rate. Service was good. We were originally seated next to a large table with several loud young children. This was after 8pm on a Friday night. So they reseated us away from the commotion. We have a general rule. If the entrees are over $15 we shouldn't have to listen to loud children while having our meal. I wish restaurants would have the same rule.
Always an amazing experience. Service and food are phenomenal!
Our experience at Dressler's was wonderful. Jennifer was our Server and she provided outstanding service. We will definitely visit again. The restaurant environment and food were bar none. We will definitely tell our friends and family to visit as well.
Everything was excellent except, there was a large party sitting behind us and we couldn't here ourselves talk because they were so lid. After they left, when our meal came, it was great
I have been to this restaurant many times and love it. This time the service was lacking but I will blame that on it being Restaurant Week although I have been here many times when it was just as busy and had exceptional service.
Richie our server did a fantastic job. He knew the menu and offered good food suggestions. Over all everything was good. Food, atmosphere, drinks, and price
We dined at Dressler's - Birkdale for the first time last night. The food was delicious and we were pleased they had a child's menu for our 7 year old. Her dinner looked great, as well!
Went to dinner with my guy, enjoyed great food and great service!
Excellent service. Way too noisy after 6PM. I would have given the food a better rating were it not for the cheesecake which was pure mush. The crabcake could have had a little more crab and an appetizing sauce but was quite good nevertheless. Other restaurants have better crabcakes. The Thai calamari was outstanding.
I’ve been to Dressler’s probably 2 dozen times between Huntersville and Metro these past years. Always has been good. Went for Queensfest expecting the same and it was not the same value or quality. Very disappointing. My spouse got the crabcakes and they were very small and served with lettuce on the side with a splash of some type of dressing. No veggies or nothing. Might as well have put the crab cakes on a big plate by themselves versus with a bunch if shredded lettuce. I was shocked. Then the other order was the steak. It was at best 4 oz......and the mashed potatoes were not great. The dessert was very good as always. But hardly worth the $35 per person value based on the serving size. We still spent just under $100. I’d rather go to them on the Groupon they graciously offer every so often knowing the quality will be better. Sry Dressler’s..... I’d like to give you rave reviews but not this time unfortunately.
We were celebrating a birthday and got lucky that it was Restaurant Week. We ordered from that menu and we were all pleased with our choices.
Good food and good service. Pleasant atmosphere. It was it bit pricey.
Lovely experience and we are pleased we chose them for our restaurant week night out. Dressler’s had a very nice menu chosen for the event. FYI. We ate outside to enjoy the weather and music, so that is only reason it was loud ha. Inside seating was nice and quiet.
We celebrated another special occasion with John Glenn and his team. This birkdale restaurant location is by far the best option for the Charlotte Metro area. Consistently great food and service where they go above and beyond. Over delivering on every aspect of dinner and best value for the price - ALWAYS.
We were trying out restaurants that are new to us for restaurant week. We were thrilled with our meal. Appetizer of lobster bisque was perfect. Lobster was tender & flavors were well balanced. My husband had the calamari - he loved it! We found out later that is famous among our friends!
Entrees were chicken (also perfect) & salmon which was served over risotto (to die for). Everything was cooked perfectly, and all the flavors worked together for dishes that were balanced, flavorful, and left us wishing we could eat more!
Dessert was a real treat. Our server told us that the cheesecake had been rated #2 on the list of Charlotte’s “must try” desserts. We think it should have been #1. It was that good. I had the carrot cake. My husband makes the carrot cake that has been the standard that I’ve judged carrot cake by for years. Dressler’s is the only carrot cake that’s in the same class. Not overly sweet, but full of flavor. I couldn’t eat it all, but brought it home & it was just as good the next day!
We loved our visit to Dressler’s & we will be back!
We always love going to Dresslers for special occasions and in particular Queen’s Feast. Everyone is very pleasant and the food is outstanding. We now live in Indian Trail but for good food and good time it’s well worth the drive. Marian and Vince Alaimo.
Had the most wonderful birthday celebration for my fiance.
It was just okay for the money.
I didn’t think it was anything special especially for the price. Food was nothing great. Ive had better crab cakes and my fiancé has had much better steak places that cost less. Wouldn’t recommend this place for restaurant week or any other time.
At least two of our dozen guests pronounced it the best meal of their lives. Me, I'd been there before and knew it would be beyond expectations. Service was perfect and helpful and managed some unconventional requests with grace and patience. One guest had a health emergency (NOT in any way related to the restaurant); management helped get the guest to the front door and met within 3 minutes by a no-siren ambulance. And we returned to chatting over the outstanding desserts. Thank you, Dressler's.
