Dressler's is a wonderful restaurant where you can count on excellent food and exceptional service. It is very popular (understandably) so I prefer to go when there are less people as it is better enjoyed without all the conversational noise. I would absolutely recommend Dressler's.

Food was good but $50 for 4 scallops seems out of line, even for a nice restaurant like Dressler’s. We felt very rushed when our mains arrived and we hadn’t finished our cocktails and barely finished appetizers. The person who swept by to try and clear plates before we had finished also gave us the sense of being rushed. Food and drinks were good as it usually is.

Never a disappointment. Beginning with courteous valet service, to a warm reception at the host stand and attentiveness of the wait staff. The meal is a stand alone. This is my favorite restaurant. No selection is wrong. My husband enjoyed the cowboy steak, which was humongous lol. Our table of 4 enjoyed the generous side portions.

Went for a birthday dinner with family and friends. I wrote that was a special occasion ( birthday ) and also was our first time at the restaurant. I told our server Cassandra right away when we seated that was a birthday celebration. We all felt she didn't take good care of us and plus she was always very rushed, not listening properly to our needs. I asked for a $230 bottle of wine and she asked if I wanted it decanted! Really? I asked for a simple skin orange in my espresso and she got upset when she gave me a piece of orange I asked for the skin. She also FORGOT that was a birthday celebration and charged me for the dessert. It was an expensive bill and I gave to her a 20% tip, but I expected better service. Who saved us with outstanding service, after all, was Mr. Derek, the manager. Otherwise, the review would be even worse. I will be back but definitely WON'T ask for Cassandra as our server anymore. The food and drinks were excellent.

We went here to celebrate my birthday and couldn’t have had a better experience. Jenna was our server, very professional and knowledgeable of the menu. We started off with the crab dip and it was to die for! For our entrees we did the seared tuna and the crab and lobster pasta! For dessert we did the key lime and it was one of the best pieces of key lime pie I have ever had. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend.

This was our first time at Dresslers and will definitely be back. The Halibut and Rack of Lamb were delicious. Great service and a nice atmosphere right there in Birkdale.

For a place that looks like an upscale restaurant, it really didn’t present that way. It was just ok. When you consider the price, Firebirds is a much better deal. The food is better and the prices are way better.

Food was just ok, not the normal. My husbands birthday dinner for 2. Maybe because it was a busy Saturday. Blackened Grouper was over cooked to some points of char. Will look at this as just an off night because my first under 5 Star experience.

Our waiter, Neil, knew the perfect mix of attentive service without interfering. That’s a rare talent in our experience. Our selected Cabernet was amazing and perfectly served. Some restaurants ‘push the wine’ by refilling glasses too frequently and encouraging the customer to drink more / order more. Dresslers does not and we appreciated being allowed to leisurely enjoy the nice bottle. The steaks were on point - Cooked perfectly to order. The appetizer and salad were excellent. Cheese Cake was heavenly. Awesome dining experience.

We never expect anything less than wonderful during our visits, but last night took the cake (carrot cake, to be exact - which was incredible!). Bobby was our server, who was beyond a perfect fit for our table. Engaging, bright faced, and personable. We were celebrating our sons 16th birthday, in which they took every opportunity to make him feel special. The food was excellent, too, of course. Looking forward to our return… and seeing Bobby!

Went to Dresslers for dinner last night since my mother in law came up from South Carolina for the weekend. We were not disappointed!! I had the Parmesan crusted Mahi Mahi, it was delicious!! My wife had the braised short ribs, which she loved! All in all will be going back for special occasions.
