   We love Dresslers but today was not the experience we have grown accustomed too. The food was not up to par. We ordered 3 steaks, the halibut, and the salmon. All three steaks were purple as they were ordered medium. When the one we sent back came out it was well done. The halibut seemed as if it were sitting in the back waiting for the rest of the food as the sauce had hardened and clearly cooled off. The fish itself was dry and under seasoned to say the least. The theee sides were ok. The brussel sprouts were Amazing. Best part of the meal unfortunately. The mashed potatoes were dry. All in all, we were very disappointed with the experience for a meal that costs over $500

   I had a great experience at Dressler’s! While my steak was slightly overcooked, the staff went above and beyond to make it right, which really impressed me. The food overall was delicious, and the service was exceptional from start to finish. The atmosphere struck a perfect balance—elegant but not intimidating. You don’t need a suit to feel comfortable here; it’s calm, cozy, and welcoming. I’ll definitely be giving them another try!

   Small group of 6 for my birthday dinner- from the staff, food and ambiance; everything was phenomenal! Our waitress was attentive and even took a few photos of us on the patio ❤️ great experience !

   Joe and his team were amazing. Great service, even my picky family had no complaints, were actually very happy. This is fr a great place for special occasions.

   Disappointing on a slow Thursday night. Broccolini was covered in squash and tasted like squash. Filet was rather dry and both the filet and the ribeye were overcooked (asked for rare and medium rare, came out medium rare and medium). Finally the old fashioned was overly sweet and made with ice chips instead of an ice block, quickly watering down the drink. Overall was a bit disappointed given the price point. We look forward to giving them another chance.

   Kurtis was incredible, attentive, personable and he made our special occasional memorable and special. The food was amazing and the outdoor dining area was perfect to enjoy this beautiful day.

   We used to eat at Dressler's in Huntersville and loved it. However, we've now gone twice to the Charlotte location and have been disappointed both times by the entrees. We will not be going back to Dressler's.

   Started out with David as our server. My wife and I have been fortunate to be able to experience some fine dining over our lives and have had some exceptional service. David ranked in the top 5 (or better) for all time great service out of thousands of experiences. This kicked off the overall tone of the evening on a positive note. Every course of dinner was wonderful down to the cheesecake which was to die for. It’s been a while since we had been to Dresslers but it will not be long till we return again. I CAN NOT say enough positive about the service and how David made our dining experience wonderful. Thank you!!!

    Our food was delicious. We ordered several items and “split” them. Our server was amazing and made great recommendations. The service was so good I probably over tipped!
