    Sometimes the dining public is not aware of what I takes to serve others. Not an easy job. However, our server, James made it look easy. He seemed to enjoy his job. He was wonderful! Very professional and congenial. The food was okay but even at set price for restaurant week the value wasn’t there. Lovely ambiance/decor and location.

    We have been to Dressler’s several times. Our kids know we enjoy it there so I was given a gift certificate for my birthday to go again. We chose Queen’s Feast week to visit again. Our dinner was excellent has it has been in the past. Our waiter also excellent. The hostess desk and bar area staff were not the usual class act as on our previous visit. We arrived a tad early. We never know what 77N uptown is going to be like. A tad I mean 15 mins early. We approached the hostess desk to let them know we were here and got a lengthy response that they were very busy and would seat us at our table at 7:30. Great we will grab a cocktail. She then offered us the bar “Area” to wait. The bar was full. There was a table against the far wall. We took a seat. Just as my husband was getting up to squeeze into the bar, a girl maybe the bar manager approached us and said.. you can’t sit there, they expected someone to sit there in 5 mins. Ok ok where they are coming from I don’t know. 🤷🏻‍♀️ so we got up. (BTW no one ever sat there!) We lucked upon 2 seats at the bar. Mind you this all happened within 5 mins of us checking in. Just as we ordered our drinks from the bartender (who looked truly annoyed.), Up comes the hostess to say our table is ready. I couldn’t help it and said… Well, we just ordered our drinks and I think we have 9 minutes, I know snarky. But.. from the moment we arrived they all seem unfriendly and honestly curt. We did get a lovely table by the window. A fabulous waiter and delicious Dressler’s quality dinner. Including a yummy Mom’s apple cake for dessert. It’s restaurant week they were busy, but what makes Dressler’s a favorite is the over all experience. Sadly, we were disappointed last night. I know service people are very over worked but fine dining is a truly a treat these days. The front end folks are your first point of contact. I promise if you’re kind to us we will return the kindness in words and or tip.

    The food was mediocre to be honest. The server cussed at the table which was very unprofessional. It took forever to be waited on. The espresso cake tasted very cheap and I wish I had gotten something else but the server honestly couldn’t give me an opinion on what he thought it was best he should said everything is “Damn” good. I will not be returning.

    Went for significant others birthday, Waiter wasn’t the best, didn’t have a true knowledge of menu, customer service was mediocre, had to ask other waiter for items. I think a more enthusiastic waiter/waitress would have helped with the experience.

    A most enjoyable evening at Dressler's. Beautiful setting, wonderful server, delicious food! The Queen's Feast menu perfect, although main course Salman could have actually been smaller. My guest took part of his home. The Calamari was the best ever, as was the wedge salad. In addition, the very nice and clean restrooms and Valet parking, made Dressler's a perfect choice.

    I have eaten a dressler's many times. I know John Dressler. He is the owner of these restaurants will stand for nothing less than perfection. Everything about last night even though it was Restaurant Week was superb. Special kudos to Jules or server she was exceptional as well. Can't wait to come back

    Just a fantastic restaurant, I recommend all of their F&B concepts, but Dresslers is special. Really great server, and food was great.

    The food had good flavor and the presentation was great. I think the taste combination for the scallops was not the best. We were not asked about our celebratory occasion at all but the service was great. Overall, the atmosphere was conducive for our celebration.

    David was phenomenal!! The service was amazing and the food was great too.. the cocktails were tasty! Would be nice to see a better wine selection overall it was a nice experience. We will definitely be back and request David!

    Booked Bar table for 4 as no regular tables available… Got there and found out they were High Tops and the bar ambiance is sorely lacking compared to their other restaurants and other restaurants in this price range. They said they could not move us even and didn’t give us options to wait or anything.. Regular Tables came available after we got started… Otherwise Food was great and waiter was great.

    We had the peanut calamari and it was great. But the halibut was the star of the evening and maybe the best halibut dish we have ever had. Highly recommend this place

    Everything about our experience was great! Our server was very attentive and offered great selections on the menu. Drinks were brought out fast and were strong and delicious. The meal was fantastic and we will definitely be returning soon!

    We were in from out of town for New Years Eve. A difficult night for many restaurants often times. Not for Dresslers, no menu limitations, no service or kitchen delays or issues. The food and service were both exceptional. We both can’t wait for a return trip to Charlotte so we can eat there again.

    We had a great experience as always. Just me and my love celebrating our anniversary and a New Year together! The service was too notch and our waiter Eric was on top of our request. I recommend this restaurant to all my friends in the Charlotte area.
