   Lovely restaurant with good menu options. Our server Beth was incredible. Filet Mignon and Mac & Cheese was delicious as was the Baked Goat Cheese appetizer and Kids Chicken Fingers. Oreo Cheesecake dessert was the best of my life! Joan’s Bakery, the Dressler family’s recipe <3

   We have frequented many upscale dining restaurants in Charlotte over the years and this was our first visit to Dressler's. The food, service and ambiance were just ok. My husband and I ordered a crab cake, it was good but the sauce on the plate combined with the corn salad with a tart vinaigrette was awful. Not a great combination on the same plate. We both had the Halibut, it was a stunning presentation but it was largely under seasoned. The fish was not seasoned and the entire dish needed a good amount of salt. I had no desire to finish the meal about halfway through. Our server, while attentive, was not warm. He approached our table and simply asked what drinks we would like. No "welcome, have you dined here before? Let me tell you about the menu." In fact, he never told us about anything on the menu. For the price I was expecting more from just about all angles. There are much better restaurants in Charlotte in my opinion.

   Not up to the regular Dressler’s food or service. This was my 12th visit to Dresslers and if it was my first I would not come back.

   To dine at this restaurant on Mother's Day, there was a $5 deposit fee per person. My party was six which was $30. When I called back to inquire as to why my deposit was not applied to my bill; I was told that was a booking fee. A booking fee is a rip off. I will never eat at that restaurant again! Because I had a party at 6 the waiter didn't put in any effort because he knew he would be receiving his 20% gratuity. I was highly disappointed in the service!

    We love Dresslers but today was not the experience we have grown accustomed too. The food was not up to par. We ordered 3 steaks, the halibut, and the salmon. All three steaks were purple as they were ordered medium. When the one we sent back came out it was well done. The halibut seemed as if it were sitting in the back waiting for the rest of the food as the sauce had hardened and clearly cooled off. The fish itself was dry and under seasoned to say the least. The theee sides were ok. The brussel sprouts were Amazing. Best part of the meal unfortunately. The mashed potatoes were dry. All in all, we were very disappointed with the experience for a meal that costs over $500
