Chef Scott Hollingsworth, General Manager Tim Buchanan, Manager Erik Draheim and Bar Manager Brian Lorusso have worked with owner Jon Dressler for 40 years combined.     Cigar/bourbon dinner with Trinity Cigar members. 3rd experience, always first rate, esp. With Davidoff cigars, $68.00 value. Classic Caesar salad, 8 oz. Mid rare filet mignon with mushroom au jus, red smashed mash and roasted veggies. Finish with creamy cheese cake and strawberry half, black, hot coffee. Next event Nov 15th.

    Everything about this experience was of stellar quality. The ambiance, service, quality of food, attentiveness of the staff was all perfect. This is one of my favorite places to dine in the Queen City.

    The food was beyond excellent. Everything we ordered was a 10+. The service from Michelle was outstanding. She was telling us that she works here as she just has fun doing so, and it definitely is shown. This is our new “to go” place in Charlotte.

    We had a wonderful anniversary dinner with 3 other couples. The weather was nice so we asked to sit outside so that we could include our pup. It's a very nice setting with the skyline view. We all enjoyed our meals. Our server, Jewels, was great. We've been to Dresslers many times before and we will certainly be back.

    I took my wife and some friends there for my wife’s birthday. My wife and I were early, so we got drinks at the bar. Full bar with all the variety you need. Bartender was phenomenal. Dena was our server, and she did an excellent job taking care us. The food was outstanding. We will be back for sure. One of the biggest things we loved the most is the amount of free parking that’s near the restaurant!

    Wonderful food as always and our waiter, Joe, was outstanding. We hosted an out of town business colleague who had never been to the South. He tried pimento cheese and shrimp and grits for the first time. He loved it and ate every bite. Thank you!

    Very disappointing experience. We had been to Dressler’s a few times before and were looking forward to this celebratory dinner. Sadly, it was anything but impressive. Some of the appetizers for guests were overlooked and the main courses were brought out even though some guests hadn’t received their appetizers or salads. Then for the entrees, there were two orders of fillet mignon. Both were supposed to be medium rare. One was raw, the other was well done. They were sent back to be refired. As we were waiting for the refired fillets, they brought out the appetizers they had missed and the soup. This was uncomfortable because some at the table were enjoying their entree and some were eating their appetizers. The refired fillets came back and the raw one was returned correctly but the new fillet was raw. The third attempt finally came back properly cooked. We were very patient and understood the kitchen may have had challenges that night. However, given the poor experience, we would have thought the manager would have provided some compensation for their poor performance for our dinner. We were charged full price for all, including the appetizers and soup that were served after the entrees. Sending a fillet back twice is inexcusable. Gordon Ramsay’s head would have been exploding. At least comp the appetizers that were originally missed but then served as the entrees had to be recooked. Needless to say, there are may other restaurants in the area that we can spend over $500 and have a more enjoyable experience. Goodbye Dressler’s - last time for us at Dressler’s.

    Great service. Great food. Great fellowship! Curtis was our waiter. James the manger was phenomenal as well. Very attentive. Reservations were at 5:30. We were seated right at 5:30. Food was out at a timely manner. Great choices. This was a bookclub meeting so we were able to discuss the book of the month with no interruptions and quiet space.

    My husband and I came in last night to celebrate his birthday. I had made a comment in my reservation that I would like a nice table for the dinner but no singing. Upon arrival I was assured that no singing ever occurs for a birthday and we were taken to a very nice booth with a gorgeous view. Our server, Julie, was excellent. She brought two complimentary glasses of champagne to the table and paced the dinner service just right. We shared a chopped salad and had the swordfish special and the scallops for dinner...they were delicious. Julie appeared after the meal with a complimentary slice of cheesecake, most of which we took home to enjoy another night because we were stuffed. Thank you to the staff of Dresslers, from the valet, to the hostess, wait staff, water glass fillers...etc. Everyone there seemed focused on the customers and it really made our dinner special. We haven't been to the Metropolitan location in awhile but we will most definately be back.

    We had a great server and he was just good at everything. He even cautioned us when he thought we were about to over order. My big disappointment was my steak which was over seared and over cooked. I should have said something but that isn’t my style. I just won’t go back.

    The service and food was outstanding as always. The Moscow Mule drink at the bar upon arrival was very refreshing. The appetizers are diverse and very tasteful. The main entrees were well cooked and their presentation was very good. The desserts were very good too. Thanks to a great staff for being so friendly and delivery excellent service.

    The G salad is excellent. First rate filet mignon. My son is a cheesecake aficionado and gave their Oreo version two thumbs up. We had extremely attentive table service and a delightful waitress.

    My wife and had been to Dresslers a couple years ago and truly enjoyed it then. We decided to go again for dinner on our 22 year anniversary and have to say it was amjust as good if not better as we remembered! Top notch all the way!

    My first time eating here and although we just did the restaurant week option, the food was still very good, my steak cooked perfectly to my liking. I am really looking forward to coming back and trying other menu items. I must also say that the service was absolutely exceptional! We had a reservation but was seated right away even though it was very busy and crowded...multiple people other than our server checking on us consistently and perfect amount of time in between each course.

    Started with Prosecco, pimento appetizer and chopped salad-amazing! Scallops and short ribs were so good but cheesecake was the best I have ever had. Do your self a favor and go there!

    Very nice meal during Queen’s Feast. Between the 4 of us, we tried both appetizers (calamari in zingy sauce and pimento cheese with toast points), the wedge salad (a lot of bacon, too much really, and not enough tomatoes) and Caesar salad, and the salmon and filet. All were prepared to our specifications. Good wine list at decent prices. Our server Bree was fantastic, attentive and knowledgeable without being intrusive.
