   They did not honor their contract with OpenTable, or with me. I had no reservation after driving 2 hours in a rainstorm and heavy traffic. A reasonable person would understand that this was the Clemson HQ before the ACC Championship game, and I do. But there was no offer of a free drink, apology, or any type of mea culpa. The VM that I received even explained how the "new owners" weren't responsible ... a wonderful opportunity for customer service squandered, with an outright lie.

   They called less than 20 hours before my reservation and said they do not use open table anymore for reservation and cancelled.

   I made my reservation on Oct 20. The reservation was for 2 people at 4:00 on Dec 1. The restaurant called me at 7:30 pm on Nov 30 (the night before) to tell me the new owners were cancelling all reservations for the next day. Complete jerks with no regard for their customers.

   we were there for national championship and service was TERRIBLE!!! YOU SHOULD HAVE PREPARED BETTER. WILL NOT BE BACK

   We wanted to find a fun place to watch the Panthers in Thursday night football and Draught delivered. Waitress was very friendly and ensured our drinks weren’t empty. We ate mostly appetizers, but all were very good, the Biurbon wings was the tables favorite.

   Ate here a few years ago and loved the food! Not tonight! Started with Pretzels, which were very hard to chew. My short ribs were extremely tough, having to be sawed with a knife. The grits were very dry (sauce was missing per picture and description) and undercooked. Waitress was sweet and running around very busily, and we had a gift card, so I just dealt with it. The beer was good. Pregame beers would be my only choice!

   My friend and I came here for Sunday brunch. The waitress was very polite, but the service was incredibly slow (enough for her to openly apologize) and food far below average. I had a breakfast frittata and my friend had the breakfast tacos. My frittata was pretty good, but they were out of a substitute side for sweet potatoes. My friend ordered the breakfast tacos and all they simply were were a scrambled egg with a strip of bacon tossed on top...absolutely nothing worth charging money for. The plate of fruit that she paid $4 for was extremely overripe and mushy. Additionally, they were out of berries at the mimosa bar.

   Food was cold and service was awful. We head to ask constantly for our waiter and we said the food was cold, it took even longer to get our food because she was avoiding us!! Every 40 minutes she would walk by but not even say anything. I would never recommend this place to anyone!!!!!

   Everything on the menu is great! The menu changes week to week and you can count on the quality. Service is terrific. Logan did a great job and checked on us regularly. Great energetic personality.

    Only thing I’d suggest is having a honey mustard to go with the sweet potato tots.
