    Thankfully I had been given a gift card for this place otherwise I don't think I would choose to eat here on my own. I like to look at the menu before I go somewhere so I have an idea. However when we got there, the menu was nowhere close to what was online. I mentioned it and our server says the menu changes regularly or at least 4 times a year. Then sometime should either remove the menu or update it. There wasn't really much that I wanted. I ended up getting the fried chicken. The chicken was good but the mashed potatoes were gummy and needed salt. My husband's pasta also needed salt and could use some more flavor. It just missed the mark. Tables were so close to each other I felt like I was almost sitting at their table. Maybe a foot or two from each other. The place was okay, but wouldn't spend my own money here.

    Awesome service! All 4 of us had burgers and they were on the dry side. Med-well was well done. Otherwise salads were awesome and drinks were great along with great fries.

    We came in for a late dinner and it was delicious. The staff was welcoming and so nice and didn’t rush us out as we were finishing dinner. Great group of employees! We will be back!

    Wine bottle opened, left on table, server did not pour. Ask emphatically for steak med rare, came med well w/ thick gray band around the middle slightly pink. Re-fired the steak to med rare but the sides were cold! And I asked my server to be sure the sides were hot when they brought the re-fired steak. I was left eating my steak off a bread plate, they returned the re-fired sides and the brocollini was still not hot. My wife did like the Shepherd's Pie. Spoke to the manager and he took my dish off the bill. Really disappointed in our return to the restaurant from several years ago when we had a very good experience. Not the same service or attention to detail preparing dishes. Will also add the steak was 4 thin slices that couldn't have even been 8oz for $38. Probably will not be back.

    We ordered steak and frites special. Always enjoyed, however the steak portion seemed to have shrunk this time. I know it is a small portion but was noticeably smaller this time. We enjoyed the wine though!

    Had the veggie hummus plate- delicious Snapper was pretty good But salad was wilted and not high quality. Flat iron steak was good Mac n cheese straight out of a box Ceasar salad was enormous too big for one. Mixed berry was horrible with whipped cream from a can smothering a mystery paste. Service - had to keep asking for things that were obvious to us. Empty glasses and bottles not removed to give space.

    Very loud on a Saturday night, a lot of street noise (motorcycles, etc.) pouring through the open front doors. Food pretty standard fare but some creativity in things like cherry sauce for the duck and the strawberry salad.

    Serena was an amazing waitress. Very attentive, knowledgeable and friendly even when restaurant got more busy. Food was great but menu was limited, lots of fancy cocktails to choose from or create your own, would definitely go back.

    Staff did a nice job. We ordered the skirt steak, based upon a previous review it was very delicious. We also ordered a carrot mash/ spread as the appetizer. That was pretty cool, different. Thank you drake staff.

    We usually love Drake, but this experience was not up to the level it normally is. Our server was great, it just seemed like the kitchen must have been understaffed or maybe just really new? We waited for our food for a LONG time and when we got the food it was way below the quality level that it normally is. I ordered the veggie scramble and the potatoes were super undercooked and the scramble was over cooked and really not very good. We will definitely be back because we just assuming this was an off day. We hoping that the experience will be better next time! 😊

    Not as good as pre-pandemic. Squash “lasagne” was a pile of zucchini with marinara. Unsatisfying. Overall, I hope they come back to the previous glory.

    We had reservations on the patio at 6PM on a busy Friday night. Due to the wild fire smoke in the area, I made a last minute phone call to see if we could get moved to an inside table. Jerry was extremely accommodating and got us a seat at the bar! The pork tenderloin special and the fried chicken were both great meals. Our bartender/server was very attentive and made an excellent Manhattan!

    Went to Drake on a Wednesday evening. The place was busy and seemed understaffed. The upper windows were full of fob webs- up above the tables. Oh and the bathrooms were unkept and had no towels or handheld. One wonders when someone paid attention to that. I’m sure Chef Robert Irvine would give the manager a lecture on cleanliness. The wait for food was quite long. They try to help by offering a small bag of popcorn and drinks. The drinks were okay- around $15 for most. The prosciutto and melon with goat cheese was tasty. The strawberry salad was fair, could’ve used some additional dressing. The focaccia was cold, dry and tasteless. The pork chop meal was a total fail. A plate of old orzo pasta with slimy old tomatoes, cold overcooked broccolini and overcooked and cold pork. Had to ask waitress to return it and show the chef the trash he served. She did, the chef never came over to discuss. They comped the pork dish. The veggie lasagna dish was ok. I don’t know whether this is their usual but can’t imagine how they deserve more than 2 stars. With a zillion restaurants in Bend, I’ll try the others.

    Mac & Cheese was good as were the Donuts, although the chocolate sauce was gritty & separating. The pork was okay, but the orzo salad was unseasoned and the peach blackberry compote was served cold on top. The broccolini was massive and saturated with lemon juice also sans seasoning. The drinks were phenomenal. The service was adequate. The hostess was much more customer service oriented than the waitress. Enjoyed the outdoor seating.

    Was OK, but not great. They were pretty busy - maybe they were understaffed? Service was nice but slow. Duck breast was undercooked and gristly (can't blame them for the last bit I guess). Flank steak was good. Cocktails were good. I would try this place again but on a weeknight I think.

    My husband said that his skirt steak was the best he has EVER had. My fried chicken was perfect. And we had ricotta stuffed donut holes for dessert with chocolate and caramel dipping sauces. Yet another amazing treat! Our server, Scott, was so friendly, fun and helpful with food substitutions and recommendations. This is my third visit to Drake and they never fail to please!

    Very disappointed with our meal. The Ramen cod was so dry it wasn't edible and we did have to send it back. Other items we ordered were just okay and with the expense of dining out these days I feel compelled to write this so others don't waste their money.

    Rochelle was our server and she was excellent, very friendly and attentive. She greeted us with 2 glasses of champagne as it was our anniversary. We ordered the fruit with goat cheese and prosciutto, very delicious. We shared the fried chicken and the zucchini lasagna both were very delicious and well seasoned. Dessert was the donuts and chocolate flourless cake. We will go again, everything was perfect.
