An expensive place to eat but I knew that going in. I will say that they absolutely delivered. My wife and I were thoroughly impressed with everything, the appetizer, the salad, the entrees (NY Strip and Salmon), the side dishes, and the dessert (Bananas Foster). We went there for our anniversay and it was a truly memorable dining experience.

D’Railed is a hidden gem in Idaho Falls. I travel the world entertaining clients and Jay has skewed my steak house experience. No matter the establishment, none compare to the dining experience of D’Railed. If you haven’t indulged locally, find the time.

Reserved this place for our anniversary, which they did not acknowledge at all. The burnt ends were delicious and strawberry salad fresh and bright. The AUS waygu steak, mushroom trio and d’railed potatoes were acceptable. Crème brilee cheesecake was just a slice topped with sugar torched in front of you. Our server was training and apologized for the slow service.

This is a quaint, rustic, very small (9 tables), hidden gem! Every plate was perfectly prepared. Service was outstanding. There were 4 of us. We ordered 2 entrees of Sea Bass, 2 orders of Wagyu beef ($30 per ounce). the burnt ends, cauliflower Steak w/gremolata, and the blue fin tuna as appetizers. Also a side of asparagus w/béarnaise sauce and 2 different potato sides. Drinks were 6 Grey Goose martinis (perfectly prepared) and a bottle of Caymus blend. Everything was delicious. Be prepared, this meal was just over 1k.

I told the waitress my steak was cold and nothing was as done to make the situation any better. The steak was cooked to the correct temperature but just brought to the table cold. Some of the other food was cold but everything tasted good, just disappointing to pay for an expensive steak just to eat it cold :(
