Do not use the app to make a reservation. Apparently the chef/owner does not check it. We reserved a table for 7 and the staff had no idea. Full disclosure, they were short staffed that night. There wasn't a host so we had to waive down a waiter and waited a while to be seated. That being said, the food was phenomenal and our waiter went above and beyond.

We had reservations for 7:00 pm and arrived at the restaurant 5 mins early. Two different parties walked in right before us. We all stood at the check-in podium/desk for 10 mins before anyone even came to acknowledge us. When a waiter finally came over the first party said there were 4 in their group and they did not have reservations. The next party in line informed him they had reservations and at this time I said I had reservations also. We were told he would check. After another 5 mins he came back and seated the party in front of us that said the had reservations. Now he did not ask for names or ask what time the reservations were for, he just sat them first. He came back and told us we had have a table right away. Another 20 mins go by and by now there are about 10 other people waiting at the door to get tables and no one has come over to acknowledge them. Another 5 mins go by and a different waiter come over and sits the first party of 4. YES THE PARTY THAT DID NOT HAVE RESERVATAIONS!!! We have now been standing there for about 45 mins and I am livid. I call the waiter over and ask why that party was sat before us. He said it was a mistake. I then ask at what time were the reservations for the first party that was sat, he says he doesn't know. He tells me he didn't take the reservations that the Chef did. I tell him we made the reservations on Open Table and if they do take reservations there should be a list of those somewhere. I ask to see their list of reservations but I get the same "the chef takes the reservations" line. I then ask to speak to a manger and guess what, he tells me they do not have one, you guessed it "they Chef takes care that". So we left. Needless to say we won't go back to give them another shot. The only reason I gave 1 Star is because you can't give zero.

Tremendous cuisine and very original. Not your typical Sushi served here in El Paso!. Excellent service and "beyond outstanding" food in every category. The chefs will respond to special requests with a smile.

Excellent food and service as always. I was surprised that there were only three tables for on Easter Sunday. However, that did not affect in anyway their quality food and attention to detail. Sushi chef Felipe is excellent. He learned from the best. The lounge music they were playing was much too heavy and diminished the ambience.

It was not as nice as expected. I guess being in El Paso it's very nice considering the area but nothing like Arizona. The waitress was very nice so made up for the small things.
