Dragonfly Izakaya and Fish Market

Food was pretty bad. There were pieces of bone in two pieces of sushi. We ordered a hot roll, with skirt steak instead of fish, and the steak was barely warm. The entire roll was unappetizing. Some of the sushi came out refrigerator cold, which masked its flavor. The restaurant interior is very nice, but the food did not live up to its promise.

Just a fantastic establishment. food always tastes nice and fresh, as well as delicious. Service was excellent all around. Prices are very fair for the food you’re consuming. They also have good happy hour deals most days if the week.

We went and everything was fine, however many of the meals just didn’t have much flavor.

We loved the happy hour menu - great cocktails and lots of food options so we could try lots of items with our group of 4. The happy hour value was excellent - a little pricey if paying full price.

The waiter was just very rude and impatient at all times.At one point she just sent another waitress but nobody told us why.Then suddenly she appears again at the table.We were vegetarian but we accidentally ordered the edamame with the bonito flakes.We didn’t know what bonita flakes were untill it arrived.She adviced us beforehand that that was a really good one even though Il we told her we are vegetarian.Then when the edamame arrives,she’s like wellll I told you it has bonito flakes on it angrily.We were very scared to say anything at all.Last time we had a very good server Casanova but this time this girl gave us such a bad experience

Have only been here for lunch but great atmosphere, amazing food and excellent service. We come here as often as we can but it’s far unfortunately. The set lunch is a great value and that sesame dressing on the salad, wow

The happy hour menu had great choice

I have been to Dragonfly multiple times as I live right by this strip. The food and drinks are always good and filled with a lot if flavor. The service though during this last visit was pretty bad. We were there on a Tuesday with a big party; however, the restaurant wasn’t that full to justify the long waits for food and drinks. They also closed the kitchen at 9:30pm and forgot a dish before doing so.

If you want the best of the best, look no further. Best sushi I have had in a while.

Sushi is always fresh!

Waited 30 minutes to be attended too and had to be served initially by head chef from the kitchen. Waited was consistently delayed and still added an mandatory 18 percent tip.

Happy Hour is the best! Great food and service that won't break your wallet.

Great food in pleasant environment

Everything was delicious! Sushi was extremely fresh and every dish we tried was great. Great cocktails (Dragonfly Old Fashioned and Kyuri). Service was excellent and the outdoor ambiance (and weather) was perfect for a wonderful night out.

Creative dishes and amazing people.

The hostess was very nice which is important. Our waitress was very sweet! The food was good! The miso salmon really surprised me! My Boss roll again really surprised me! My husband loved his oysters and his roll. The manager was really on the ball!!!! He did not stop! I wanted to tell him so on my way out but he was so busy I didn’t want to bother him. I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you so much for having gluten sensitive items marked on the menu!

Great experience. Our waiter Adrian was new, but he really was great. He first recommended the Yellow Tail Collar which was amazing! The texture was like butter, it melted our my mouth and had tons of flavor. In addition we ordered:

- The bomb roll - For being "baked" sushi it was really really good, our second favorite thing behind the yellow tail.
- Sashimi 7 piece (chief's choice) - Excellent, very fresh
- Wake salad - fresh and great flavor
-Robata Grilled Sweet Corn - Nice starter, good flavor
- Musashis Paddle Cocktail - The perfect complement to our food, not too sweet and very refreshing

I come here every Sunday afternoon for the past 3 1/2 years. I always bring different friends so they can experience the great food. Love happy hour Bar Bites. I highly recommend you guys and tell everyone about you.

Food and cocktails consistently good on every visit. I will like to see new items on the menu. I understand that perhaps they feel like they have a solid menu. But frequent customers can only eat the same plates so many times.

Excellent food for tapas a variety of choices. A favorite was the shirt steak it was tasty and delicious. The pork bun steam also my favorite.

The food is great, love the place. I believe it’s a bit overpriced. 5 rolls for $16.99 is a little too much.
Definitely need to hire more servers. We waited to order, the food took forever, ginger salad came at the end. When we ordered had asked for eel sauce, couldn’t begin eating roll for 15 mins still waiting on sauce and had asked when roll arrived against and again another time.
It’s a shame because of service doesn’t improve it won’t be worth it. Not the only sushi place in town.

New job for daughter

We arrived right when the restaurant opened at 5pm and requested to sit outside. Despite being empty we were told only “reservations” could sit outside. However, after getting a reservation on the spot at open table AND during the duration of our stay having plenty of empty tables outside they refused to accommodate. Awful customer service from reception - might be concentrated with the woman managing today because all other times we have had good service. However this woman failed to understand how to treat customers - no desire to return again.
