The service was great and the ambience is beautiful. However, the food is considerably overpriced and is not the same level of quality as other restaurants I’ve been to in Los Angeles.

Food was amazing and so where the cocktails !

This was our first visit to this establishment. We were concerned about patio dining when it was cold and very windy night. It turned out the patio was enclosed with some of the upper windows opened for ventilation and heater. We were very comfortable. We were very pleased with the food and service.

You expect a certain level of service and food from this kind of establishment.
It was our first going there. We ordered a table for Valentine's day.
My date ordered NY prime steak, I ordered salmon.
The steak was cooked not the way my date wanted. The waiter apologized and they did bring a new "right" steak. My salmon arrived with a big hair inside of it.
You can imagine how disappointing it was.
The desert (tiramisu) was really good.
To their credit, they didn't charge me for salmon and apologized for everything that happened.

Bottom line. Valentine's day rush is not an excuse for a poor service.

The food never disappoints. COVID moderately ruined the Valentine's Day ambience and it was a bit cold but we weren't surprised. It was what we expected given the circumstances.

Spent Valentines here. Really very good! The service was wonderful. Food tastes fantastic. Portions on the small side, however. Some people like small, ornate presentation. I prefer ornate and filling.

Excellent, quite great staff and fabulous food. Taste of every dish was proportioned and filling. Flavorful and delicious. I will go again

First time here after a recommendation on Facebook. Boyfriend and I went Thursday to celebrate Valentine’s Day early since we’re both working day of. Mark was amazing and the ribeye special they had that night was to DIE for (we ate the entire thing). I can’t wait to got back even just for a glass of daou or their date night cocktail.

Great Italian wine list from geographically diverse terroirs. Most importantly they have a very knowledgeable wine director who helps select from beginner wines to ultra sophisticated wine. With Mark helping with selection you never feel that you didn't order wisely i.e.. price, quality, interesting.

Great service and yummy food. Pet friendly which was such a huge plus for me!

The dessert and appetizer were great. The main meal was underwhelming. Service was a bit slow. We chalked it up to the current events happening around the pandemic.

The food and ambiance was great especially in the outdoor seating area. While all of the staff were very friendly, the service was lacking and was very slow. There was just 2 of us dining and we spent much of the 2 hours there waiting for the server. Again, they were all very nice, but the service seemed very disorganized.

Great food, but do TAKE-OUT instead. Do NOT dine-in: Drago just started a new "Rush Them In & Out" strategy. Order all food at once, immediately upon entry, including appetizers. 90-minute total limit per table inside. Hint: buy your food here then take it to McDonald's and buy a Coke: eat "In" without being rushed. Really. Ruined a previously fun place - never again.

Did not approve of them seating us in a back corner, and then bringing a heater for the people in back of us a hour later. Poor service for that but they food was amazing.

You will not find a better restaurant in LA in regards to professionalism, knowlege (especially of wines) and outstanding quality of food.
