Always a lovely experience. The roomm is very inviti g, as well.
Excellent service. The pasta dishes were very good - excellent. Was very dissatisfied with the Osso Bucco. It was dry and stringy. Really spoiled the whole experience.
Everything was super tasty and expertly prepared. The scallops were the best I have ever had. The smoked cold brew bourbon drink was one of the best cocktails I have ever had. Will be back for another special occasion!
Valentine's day dinner here was very romantic. My gf and I couldn't have asked for more. The service was impeccable. Any the food was just right for the price.
The meal was absolutely delicious. W ordered from the tasting menu. The receptionist was very
charming and the service staff was excellent. I will be back for sure.
Food was excellent, but the service was slow and inattentive
Nice dinner, good food. Not so crowded, pleasant experience
Always wonderful experiences ar Drago. The best in town!
I have been a fan of Drago Centro for several years. There food is delicious and their service is really good.
My most recent experience was, in some ways, a little disappointing. The menu has changed and does not offer as many choices. Also the entree portions were noticebly smaller.
I was wondering if this restaurant was under different management and/or if there is a new chef.
Still one of my favorite choices in downtown Los Ageles
Love this place. Best service in dtla. Waitstaff never once interrupted the table conversation. Love it!
The food and service was amazing
Outstanding food! The staff was thoughtful, attentive and knowledgeable. Wonderful restaurant!
Our server was rarely around we had to wait 15 mins. to place our order another 20 to get our bill. I was with clients and the lunch took almost two hours with all of the waiting.
The service was incredibly slow. We found ourselves having to ask for food, drinks, the checks on multiple occasions.
Food was excellent.
My feelings about this restaurant are mixed. Some of our food was excellent--the basil spaghetti, sausage rigatoni, and beet salad were fabulous. However the burrata antipasti was disappointing--it was just bland. The burrata itself was good quality, but that's all you could taste. The eggplant was undetectable. Also--and this is probably the only time I've ever said this--the gelato just wasn't very good. Honestly, I didn't think it was worth the calories. So regarding the food, choose wisely and you can have a GREAT meal. Regarding the service, we had an adorable waiter, but the food and beverage delivery by other staff members was way off. The courses came too quickly and the wine too slowly. We didn't get our wine until we had finished our first course. I think the staff just needs some coaching and it would improve the experience significantly.
Checked out Drago for restaurant week. Ordered the pork belly. Really wasn't flavorful and didn't fall apart. The lentils it was paired with just didn't jive.
Nice vibe and good menu but service was not up to par and food was mediocre at best. Buratta appetizer was skimpy and boring. Sausage pasta was dry and tasteless. Waiter never got to our table and manager had to pick it up. Wine list is way overpriced on the by the glass selections. Would not go back.
Never disappointed and if you enjoy fine wine fo not miss the opportunity to splurge on a special selection that Fabio will be sure to select!
A first visit for four of us. Busy Saturday night; but they were very good about honoring our reservation; we were seated before very long. We all enjoyed our food. Good cocktails, good wine list. A definite Would Go Again.
Food was great. Service poor. Three hours for dinner then bill error.
We were disappointed with our most recent dining experience and have been to Drago 2 times prior. We were early for our reservation, but were not seated until 20 minutes after the reserved time, which was quite annoying. The tables for two are much too close together to enjoy and have a decent conversation. You're almost forced to have a conversation with an unknown neighbor. It was my wife's birthday and I noted it on the reservation, but she unfortunately did not enjoy dinner. We won't be returning. Maybe others have a different experience, however, this was not a good night at Drago for us. The server was fairly good, but again, too tight of a space to really enjoy. Thanks.
Food on point
Seared scallops and black truffle fettucini too die for
The dessert menu wasn’t that great. It needs something more enticing and more variety.
Hectic environment, great service, good food and drink.
One of the best Italian restaurants in Los Angeles.
Great truffle pasta!!
Very nice restaurant with authentic italian food on its best level!! Pasta with white truffle were outstanding! Pulpo and Scallops are yummy !! Service was very nice and kind!!
Service was under level, I had to ask 4x to get salt and pepper. Meal was tasteless and they did not offer parmesan cheese or fresh pepper as you would expect at an italian restaurant
Always awesome experience!!!
