When I made the reservation I chose to get the 2 draft beers for the price of one. The waitress had no idea what I was talking about. She got the manager and she stated it’s only for weekdays (it was Friday) but she would honor it this time (like she was doing us a favor) it also stated you had to place a bet which my son did. No where did it state that it had to be used on a certain day. The fish was excellent but the fries were chewy, like they were made in advance and warmed up
We were there for the fish fry which was excellent. However, the french fries were not hot and the coleslaw has way too much mayonaise making it milky like and too soupy. The fish portions were very good and the price is average. Service was good. We had a reservation and were seated quickly. We like that reservations can be made on line. We will try this again soon. Thank you. George and Dolores Attenboro
Waitress seemed short fused and our table wasn’t ready. The hostess left us standing there for quite some time. The bill didn’t come for a long time after we had requested. Overall not planning to return anytime soon.
Service was slow considerably that it was not extremely busy. Chicken wings almost inedible. Small, overcooked.
We reserved a table to watch SU men's basketball on the big screen. It was televised in the lower right hand corner without sound. Seriously? There were many many disappointed SU fans and I was especially disappointed because we were celebrating my husband's birthday. BUMMER!
The facility did great service for the full room of people.
The atmosphere is always rewarding and the betting is convenient
Food and drink has always been very good.
I have attended previous events also, and have been satisfied.
Great experience, nice job DelLago
It was nice. Good place to see the fights. Service was a bit slow tonight. Food was great though.
I ordered the lobster Mac and cheese. For $18.00 I expected to get more than 2 very small pieces of lobster. Very disappointed.
We have been here several times and were disappointed tonight our fries were cold all six orders. The corned beef in the Reuben was over cooked. When our food was brought out the waitress wasn’t really sure what she had. Not a pleasant tonight.
Went for the Nelly concert. Staff was extremely slow. Food was alright.
Food was delicious. Service was great even though the place was packed.
Food was excellent. The service was prompt and excellent. No problem with noise level.
Great food! Love all the TVs to watch the games! And you can bet the the games your watching or the upcoming sporting events!!
Awesome, great service, great people, they get it right!
fantastic service!!! Wish the fight went a little better lol :)
It was nice, had a good time . Service was great. Big screens are nice.
Nice time. Thanks
Meal was pricey for what we got. One order of our wings were forgotten (we ordered two). We had to walk our bill to the bar to pay after waiting 15 minutes for the waitress to pick it up. Food did not have a good flavor. I won't be eating here again.
Area is very nice. Able to watch all games. Great place to spend an after noon watching football.
They have a limited menu however there is a variety if you are looking to graze on apps or if you want a hearty sanwhich or a hearty speical mac/cheese dish. The food and drinks are reasonably priced. They have beer specials and a great selcletion of IPAs. Great place to watch sports, energetic atmosphere.
When I sat at the bar I found the majority of the bartenders inattentive. A special was posted on the website but I was told that it had ended. Reservations were a mess because people were allowed to just walk in and sit. Therefore my request was not what I wanted. My server did a good job when she was around but appeared to have to big of an area to cover on her own.
Excellent food & service. Not rushed which allowed us to enjoy the sports on TV. Appears a strict 15 minute arrival time or reservation gets cancelled. That’s tough if not busy.
I gave a bad review because when I got to the Del Lago Sports Book and check my reservation they told me I DID NOT have a reservation. This email proves I did have a reservation. So I'm not sure what happen but there are bugs in your system.
Not the best experience.
Loved being able to reserve for a 3-hour block. Great time had by all.
I might other than on a Thursday night. I have been there every Thur (exc Thanksgiving) and the service gets less desirable each time. In my opinion, I think there should be at the least, one more server. Wait times to reorder drinks and food are unacceptable. Food usually arrives in a decent time, but drinks can be lengthy. I have left there with more $ in my pocket than I was willing to spend. And I see it with other customers also. I love the place, but the service could keep me away. All the servers are nice, it's not about them.
Very slow service, but great screens for watching Sunday football. Love the place.
Our visit was great. The food was very good and the access to the kiosks was great. Having multiple games and sports on at once was also a great experience. My only criticism was that I felt that if we were to leave our table it would have been cleared and given to someone else. The reserved sign should have been left on it.
Food was good. Burgers need more sauce. I had the Texas bbq burger and there was very little bbq sauce on it.
Excellent waiter had the same one the last several times. Food was excellent.
Glad to see the food and service hasn’t changed.
We used to eat there every Friday when it was the Vine .
Pretty much everything was great except Service was slow. Lack of servers?
The noise was very loud even with everyone just watching the games.
The food was very good.
The vinegar smell from the wings was overwhelming.
We won’t eat there again.
After reserving our table online, we arrived promptly and then waited 20 minutes for a waitress to greet us at our table. Then, after telling the waitress three times that the beer I had didn’t taste like Bud light, she assured me it really, really was. Then, the bill came. Mhm. Labatts Blue was on the bill. $5 Labatts vs. $3 Bud. She corrected the bill but when a customer tells you that the beverage isn’t what they ordered...it should have replaced immediately or comped. The chicken wings were WAY over cooked and looked nothing like the wings that are advertised. The fries were tasty.
I already have. I also signed up to be a member. I really enjoyed watching the game in that environment and the staff and managers were excellent. We had reservations for the first half of the game but left us to last to "move out". Luckily people didn't show and we were able to stay the entire game. I think you should expand and had more tables. I'm not sure the couches are as lucrative as tables, only based on the one time I was there. I loved it and we will be back.
Our reservation was for 11:45 and by 2:30 we were told to leave. I missed the fine print that said there was a time limit. If that’s the case, let me watch the entire game. Meaning, make reservations for 1 pm games and then again for 4:00 pm. We were still drinking and eating. I’ll stop by to bet and then I’ll go to a local bar.
Bad service, brought the wrong item, no silverware
Horrible service. Waitress was very slow, even when we asked her for our bill because we were trying to make a show. Waitress acted like she didnt care
Food was wrong. Drinks took forever. We did get a free drink and sandwich due to confusion. Fun to watch a game at. If each booth/table had a place to bet- it would be better.
Great, fun place to watch sports. Huge screens. Food was surprisingly good and a good variety of craft beers.
