We usually dine downtown as the quality is always so much better than in the burbs. But, we found this place and menu looked promising. From the first item—calamari—we had a bad feeling it would set the tone for the rest of the evening. All the dishes and apps were sub-par for a fancy place. I didn’t mind the lobster risotto but the rest disappointing.

The most redeeming quality is credited to our waiter, Trevor, who was super friendly and helpful. Best of all, he brought two chocolate molten cakes for the two birthday girls we were celebrating. The maple crème brûlée and cheesecake spring rolls were fantastic!!

We celebrated my boyfriend's birthday and the staff was pretty amazing. Food was delicious, it wasn't overly loud despite the crowd. It was a great dining experience. Thank you!

The decor and atmosphere was upscale but comfortable. Noise level was very low. Wait staff attentive and knowledge. Chose Draco to try the grilled lobster Mac&cheese, but the kitchen ran out of portions at 6:00, which seems unusual. Otherwise very pleased with meal.

Great food and ambiance. Admired beautiful decor. Our waiter was professional, attentive and personable. We ordered Caesar salad, roast chicken, lobster asparagus Risotto and crème brûlée. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and would go back.

Love this restaurant! the people there are very friendly. We had a gathering with infants and they were very accommodating. We enjoyed our breakfast so much will recommend this restaurant and definitely come back !

Nicely decorated. Food tasted okay. Portions were fine. We ordered a lobster risotto which was really salty. Had a charcuterie board to share which was good but there was very little crostini/crackers to eat with the meat. The wait staff did not offer to refill our water glass.

Came here for dinner and was able to get a booth, ambiance is nice and is a good place to have a drink. The waitress that served us had a pleasant smile and was very nice. I wanted to order a Mojito but only saw the "sake mojito" on the menu. So I asked the server if I can change to a "regular mojito" and she quickly replied "No" without checking. I thought was odd because it is a standard drink, so she went and checked with the bartender and came back and was able to make it. The server should've checked before she replied "No". Everything was ok throughout the meal, the dishes were good. Then we ordered Molten Lava cake for dessert. The same server brought the dessert to us and said to be careful since it's hot. We tried the cake and it was not hot, was more warm towards cold. Molten cakes should be runny when it's hot. When the server came back to check on us if we liked the cake, we told her the cake is cold. Then her reply was "really?!" and then she said the kitchen told her it just came out of oven and she brought it to us right away. We explained to her that it's cold and the fudge is not runny. We thought she will at least offer to replace it for us but she never did and then just smiled and walked away. What's the point of asking us if the food is good? The staff needs to be better trained here when it comes to customer service!

Service is great, very customer and experience focused. Comfortable seating and large booths for 8 people that are private with a TV. More of a lounge or bar rather than a restaurant. Food was good, not exceptional. Menu is limited - keeping in mind this is a hotel operating a restaurant - offerings are safe. Decor is modern and chic.

Celebrated my birthday last night and must say I was highly impressed. The food was exceptional. Great presentation and superb flavour . My compliments to the Chef. My waiter was the best. Very knowledgeable with food and drink items and knew exactly what to pair them with . If you’re looking for quiet ambience, modern aesthetics while enjoying great food, visit Draco.

Lovely dinner with great food, ambience, cocktails, wine and beer and which didn’t break the bank! We will come back to check out the game night special (like the tv booths) and will likely book a special occasion family dinner too.

The food is excellence, especially the desserts, we ordered just about every dessert on the menu, they are so good. I only complain is the location, it's very strange to sit beside a lobby of hotel, wide open with not much of privacy, anyone who walks in & out of this hotel could see what they are eating. Thank goodness this hotel is not too busy, otherwise it would be crazy noisy and uncomfortable with people watching while you try to enjoy your meal.

Reserved a booth for a business dinner. Decor and ambiance are top-notch. Service was fast, attentive and friendly. Smokey Old Fashioned drinks were fantastic - I will be back for more in future! The food was served hot, and was good (I had the Wild Boar Chop). There are many Ontario Craft Beer choices (in cans/bottles, not on tap). This is my third time at Draco, and have never had a bad experience. I will return!

Food is very salty. I can literally taste the soy sauce on the ribeye and bbq sauce on Boar chop (which is a regular pork chop) . Very disappointing. But service is pretty good though

We had to wait to get our dishes cleared despite being the only party there for brunch service. We also had to ask for coffee multiple times before it was brought to our table.

Food was ok. Nothing too impressive but overall no complain. Service is the big reason why I am giving such a low rating. Maybe this place was opened not too long ago but at a world class hotel, I am expecting more than what we received today. I’ll summarize in a few points:
1. The lady who greeted us didn’t really take us to our table. Instead she pointed to the table and told us this is the table reserved for you and she turned away. We were left to figure out everything on our own.
2. Our server didn’t introduce himself.
3. Lack of service. I cannot recall how many times we had to ask our server to take away our dishes and refill our drinks. There were over three times we had to stack our dishes to eat because there wasn’t room on the table. Server was walking around looking busy but not really serving any tables.
4. For the whole time, we thought orange juice was the only juice they served. Server didn’t let us know what drinks were available to order. We found out on our own later when we saw the server bringing other juices out.
5. The brunch started at 10 and before 11:30, our server just left the bill on our table without us asking for it and said here’s your bill, you can continue to work on your food. Please note, the brunch runs from 10-2pm and not to mention we were not being asked if we wanted to pay by one single bill or split bill.

In conclusion, I truly believe Marriott is a world class hotel brand that holds a prestige reputation in their service. This is not the first time I dine at one of their restaurants and by far this was the worst experience I ever had with them. There is definitely room for improvements and I hope their management acknowledge that and take the right course of action.

The soup appetizer came after my main dish. Could not taste any mushroom flavor in the mushroom risotto. Not creamy but was dry. The medium rare on the rare side ribeye was more like a medium plus. The duck was ok. The service was good.

I came here with my husband and my little baby. Very pleased to say that this place is child friendly and the staff is extremely nice. The Ambiance is beautiful and relaxing with just the right amount of noise and music playing in the background. The lighting sets the mood.

When I first walked in our server seated us immediately and she was so nice trying to cater to our every need she also suggested some platters and got us our drinks. I also ordered a cocktail to try since someone on Yelp had suggested it. I tried the Draco old-fashioned but normally I would order myself a regular old-fashioned but I just wanted to try the Draco Style. When my drink arrived it was very interesting how it was packaged. The server explain what it was and how it was done but he accidentally spilled some of my drink as he poured my cocktail into the cup. He did clean it up but it could have been a little bit more flawless if you're trying to serve I drink that is costing downtown prices. Overall not a big deal. The drink was okay I think I would still have order my regular old-fashioned in the end.

The food was an Asian infused type of style or you can say a fusion. We tried to order a bunch of things to share including the wings which was too spicy for my son but my husband and I did enjoy it. We also ordered the caricature board, mushroom risotto, beets carpaccio and something off the kids menu for our baby.

Overall, the food was okay and the prices are of expected for hotel food. I would probably come back here for drinks and shareables with friends again in the future but there are a lot of other good restaurants you can try out within the vicinity that are half the price and more adventurous in palette.

In a nutshell I give this place a 4 out 5 stars for the ambiance and the service we received. The food is just ok for me.

Service was slow/not attentive (we had to keep waiting and asking for water) and they got my friend's order wrong, but were nice enough to replace the meal. The server asked us why my friend didn't tell her earlier about the mishap, but it's really because we couldn't find the server...(service like I said...lol). They offered a complimentary dessert for our first time visiting as well as to make up for the mistake, which I guess was nice of them. It was some s'mores mousse dessert. Food was average. My friend and I both tried the burgers (brisket one and the lamb one). They were not bad but nothing extraordinary, though they were much better than what my other 2 friends ordered. They had the pasta and said it was really dry (barely saucey). One was choking on it too lol and had to drink water to help wash it down. For the price and service, I don't think I would be coming back for food. Maybe the drinks are better?

Had a good dinner at Draco. We tried the tempura brie and the crabcakes to start. Both were really good. For mains, we ordered the boar chop, bison burger, duck breast, and cod. The sauce on my boar chop was a bit too salty, but otherwise everything else, including 5he service was good.

Came here for Mother's Day Brunch buffet for $40pp. While the menu sounded semi fancy, the food was really just average. The buffet area was located in a little end corner of the open restaurant area. There was some good, some bad, and overall a pretty small buffet selection. Prime rib carving station was great, especially with the grainy mustard. The rest were just meh. Bacon and eggs bene were cold, some of the romaine had redness in it. Felt a little like a standard hotel breakfast but elevated.

The decor was really modern and nice with soaring floor to ceiling windows. The service was friendly and relatively attentive. I would maybe come back for the regular menu but the price may be a little too steep given the food quality overall. I would not say that this meal was worth it at all.

Pretty good ambience, decent food, reasonable price. Located at the lobby of Marriott. We were there on their first week of opening. The food menu is a bit limited but was told by the waiter they will add more later. Will come back.
