Restaurant closed for renovation, serving food at their bar in the 5th floor, Circa 1963. Service ess horrible and had to leave after 20 min waiting without a server showing up

Our group dinner with friends at the Downtowner was a really good experience. It was our first time at this restaurant and the service was great - very attentive, gave suggestions when their one main dish was not available that evening, and friendly staff. I would recommend the Downtowner to anyone.

Went for Valentine's dinner. Live music and service were great. The food was less than what was expected and dessert was definitely not worth the price. However, the ambiance was good, and it was also not super packed with people. Great peach tea!

Great New Year's Eve dinner and Jessica Flores on the Sax was outstanding. Ms. Flores made the night perfect in addition to excellent food.

They didn't have our reservation through Open Table because they "don't log in to the account." … What? Service and getting our food after ordering took a long time. Food, after it finally arrived, was pretty good though!

We were celebrating an anniversary and everything was delicious! It was not crowded at all but there was a big table of ~10 people. However the servers were quick.

The restaurant didn’t have our reservation. When they did set up the table they took over 30 minutes before coming to take our drinks orders. The server was not friendly and she didn’t come back to check on us at all. Food was ok but service was horrible.
