Permanently Closed - The sister restaurant to neighborhood favorite Battersby on Smith Street is owned by Chefs Joe Ogrodnek and Walker Stern who received Food and Wine's title of "Best New Chefs" for 2014. The menu reflects their culinary heritage and experience in restaurants such as Alain Ducasse at the Essex House, Blue Hill, and Gramercy Tavern. Diners may order from an a la carte menu or select a spontaneous five or seven course tasting ($75 and $95 respectively).

Dover expands on the warmth and intimacy of Battersby in an equally relaxed but more spacious setting. The wine list is largely old world sprinkled with new world highlights; cocktails are stellar.
