We made a 530 reservation for 4ppl. Was seated on time. Waiting 15 minutes for a server to ask us for drinks. Placed our order and waited almost an hour for our food. Wait staff was definitely overwhelmed. Prices are a bit high but the food was good. From being seating to paying the bill was almost 3 hours. Would suggest going during earlier hours for quicker meal.and better experience.

First time at this location since relocating..food was still very good we had the brisket and the smoked turkey entrees..service was great and food came out quickly since we did not get appetizers..prices have increased but overall enjoyed dinner

We had a reservation. We waited over an hour for our food. When we got it my son’s burger was raw. The rest of the food we ordered was not good either. Not worth the wait or price.

Sat down at 4:50 to eat before the 6:05 game. Didn't even place food order till almost 5:25. Got food around 5:50 and by the time done eating game already in 2nd inning. Too long, no one checked on us and added a credit card surcharge to bill before even asking cash or charge (we paid cash)

I love barbecue but this place didn’t knock my socks off I ordered the sampler plate expecting enough food for two peopl good thing my gf ordered something that resembled grilled cheese which looked disgusting let’s put it this way the brisket Was incredibly fatty I think there was more fat than meat and the pulled pork was dry and about two mouthfuls and the same as the pulled chicken the cornbread resembled something more like heavy yellow pound cake

Food was good. We were really looking forward to trying it and made a reservation in advance. Despite our reservation we waited 25 min to order and another 25 min to receive our food. Service was awful. They were short staffed. Which would normally be understandable these days. But no effort was made to accommodate. We asked for bread to tide us over. Nothing. We were given dirty glasses and had to get our own straws and silverware from the bartender. Our water glasses stood empty. Worst of all? A very generous tip (over 20%) was automatically added to our bill even though there were only 5 of us.

Appetizer came out same time as the meal. Two diners, one meal came out 5-10 mins before the other Prime rib was a charred piece of rubber

Would not recommend. Flavor was decent but portions were way too small for the price. Service was on the slow side and disorganized.
