The wait staff did remember it was a birthday and brought a special dessert. Overall, it was a very OK affair. The steak was very good, the sides were decent, and the service was good. You’re paying for the quality of the steaks, and everything else is a econd or third thought. But if you’re in town and want a delicious steak, this place delivers. It’s a casual environment, with a full bar and access to good wine. It’s definitely a steakhouse in the traditional sense and there’s nothing wrong with that.

Okay... family date to be fair! Lol. Hubby, myself, and our 2 kids. Very family friendly. Noise level wasn’t obnoxious, but enough noise so that it doesn’t stand out if you’re with kids or not. My filet medallions were amazing! And no smokiness at all... filet doesn’t need smoke! Hubby’s ribeye was perfectly smokey and perfectly cooked as ordered. My daughter’s salmon was pricey (for a 10 yo), but it’s her favorite food and I have to say it was a beautiful piece of salmon and a very generous portion! My son got chicken fingers... and he was happy with them. They were also a generous portion.

I came into town to see my parents and was pleasantly surprised with the steakhouse the meal was wonderful and we even got to meet the owner who explained a lot of the amazing antiques and memorabilia. I’ll definitely be back

We’ve been getting back out little by little and especially want to support local businesses. We were greeted by a lovely hostess and seated right away. We quickly learned they were shorthanded due to COVID-related illnesses. The staff were hustling and bustling to make everything run smoothly. It was impressive! There were some complaints by other customers but we were very understanding and appreciative of everyone’s efforts. Our waiter was experienced and knowledgeable about the menu and he made an excellent drink choice for me. Try the sunshine, you won’t be disappointed! We will definitely be back.

Service and drinks were great ordered a 70$ steak that I couldn’t recognize what cut of meat it was and it was raw but the server took back and took off bill and salad was served warm so lettuce was warm and wilted other than that everything else was good!

Everything was great...super quiet. Would have been nice to have background music on since we were the only party in the restaurant. My meal was great however I ordered a meal to go for my husband. When I got home and looked inside I realized you have forgotten my shrimp skewer which was the main reason I ordered the meal. I called and let the server know. She said I could come back and pick one up but we live in Exeter lol. Much to far to drive back. It would have been nice if she had offered another option but she just said sorry. We also had given her a super generous tip. Disappointed

Price are crazy for Mediocre food. Broccoli is the only veggie served. Looking around it wasn’t just my table. Soup was albondigas...interesting. Can’t say I have ever seen that served at a steakhouse. Salad was watered down ranch. Bread seemed like someone smashed down garlic bread. The service was decent. Only complaint is that she(waitress) seemed to be covering two rooms. I definitely wouldn’t be returning here.

Soup, for all 4 people was cold. Waiter very nice and attentive. Waited very long time for entre. Extra large portions which was nice but not very warm. Ordered coffee at end of meal which was mediocre and cold. Only 2 other tables had people so I think reputation may not be that good. We found by googling for ribs.
