Transport into our contemporary steakhouse, featuring a menu with robust selections cooked over hot coals including steak, seafood, chops, chicken and vegetables.

Great ambiance! When reserving I didn't know there would be live music. That could be a positive or unwelcomed experience depending on personal taste. The food was pricey but delicious! There was a variety of wines and cocktails. Not alot of patrons for a Friday night during a holiday weekend but overall we enjoyed and would go again!

We had went to Double Cut before and had a wonderful experience and so we went again and let me tell you. They never disappoint!! Incredible food and service. We had Victoria as our waitress and she was incredible!! I would definitely recommend, can’t wait to come back!!!

Beautiful restaurant! Ambiance was very cozy. Service was excellent. Large, attentive staff. Our waitress Dianne was FANTASTIC!! So accommodating and always there for our smallest request. Food was very good. We ordered the “Cattleman’s Board” for dinner. States it serves 3-4 people but keep in mind there is a lot of fat on ribeye-tomahawk steaks so you’re lucky if it serves 3, and not a large portion at all. The sides are unfortunately non-negotiable so unless you like them all, there are no substitutes. I will say the meat had flavor but we did not feel “full”. Just satisfied. For dessert we had Key Lime pie, that was excellent and we had one chocolate lava cake that was very “cakey” with regular chocolate syrup on top - not fudge sauce.. Overall very good.. I would have preferred to have been there alone with my husband than with the family because the bar area seemed very romantic and relaxing. Pricey for treating the family but very good overall..

When we first walked in I had high hopes. The restaurant's ambiance is wonderful. It took a while for the waitress to come to our table to take our order. We ordered a porter house steak, truffle fries, tacos, and lobster mac and cheese. We waited well over an hour for our food. We talked to the manager and told her that we just wanted to pay for out drinks and we did not want to food because the food was taking too long. She stated that the food was coming out in 5 more minutes so we waited. When the food came out, my husbands steak was rare and he ordered medium. Not only was it rare it look as if it was boiled and not grilled. The mac and cheese had no taste and the beef tacos was nasty. After taking a bit of the food and realizing it was nasty, we did not eat it. The manager actually told us to that we did not have to pay for the food so we left and did not take any leftovers. This place is definitely not worth the price of the food. The bread and butter was good though.

Ordered a 52 dollar steak and never came with the mushroom sauce I ordered with it. Took about 25-30 min to get the waitresses attention because she was talking to someone she obviously knew at the bar. Horrible service!!!! She also never came back to give us drink refills. My son was taking the ice from my husbands shrimp cocktail because he was so thirsty. For a higher end steak restaurant the service sucked!!!! Soooo not worth the money. Also my husband ordered the scallop appetizer and it was like a mouth a salt, not good at all. Very disappointed was looking forward to eating here.

We visited Double Cut after a day at the indoor water park so we were very hungry when we sat down! Food was good, although most agreed it was too salty. It also took quite a while to prepare (over 45 minutes), so our kids were starting to get antsy. Our server was terrific and the ambiance was very nice and also cozy with a variety of fireplaces. It was a bit pricey, with items a la carte. If I came to Kalahari again (which I won't), I probably would try somewhere else.

Outrageously priced with no prices on menu. Employee was unaware how to process payments of gift card and room charge the rest cause it was such a ridiculous price. Ive never paid that much for a meal before. That wasnt good. The steak was too charred as well. overall I wont be returning or recommending.

The filet was cook to perfection and the waitress was attentive. The lobster Mac and cheese was delicious. There needed to be more mozzarella for the tomatoes mozzarella pesto sauce appetizer. I wish the side was included with the filet we paid so much for.
